Great experience, even as they're getting ready to move to another location. Love their manager, Jay! All their staff were very nice.

Nice for them to be moving to a bigger location soon. Glad they are here in Redding .

This is a place to go if you have time to relax. There is a Starbucks for snacks and drinks and areas with comfy seating. Or, you can sit on the floor too. Only thing is they are preparing to move locations so I'm not sure how long they'll be at this location or what is in the new location.

Great Place. I love going In for a coffee or Frappicino. All the while reading your favorite magazines or pre reading a book, to see if it's to your liking or not. All in all, it's a nice relaxing spot to spend an afternoon or to catch your breath before doing your next chore.

Always a friendly experience and a calming environment. Plus all the awesome books and random items.

Great selection but I wish the sale actually was easier to see what was on sale without having to bring an item up to a cashier. The AC was struggling.

Am I the only one that loves the smell of this place? Oh, and their game selection is quite extensive! So many things to buy... So little money.

It was good until they offered my daughter a free tote bag and then charged her for it!!

Prices are sky high, selection limited, too much junk floored for display. Too much of the selection is skewed toward the mindless new releases big publishers are churning out like so much sludge. And if you have kids don't bother coming here for the little indoctrination center they have set up for them. Half the store is coffee, board games, tarot cards, magazines etc - a bunch of nonsense we don't need. And then there's the prices. Just another fallen corporate sludge peddler gouging us for subpar, worthless products.

Asked for water at the Starbucks, lady said that they couldn’t because they don’t give cups out. Ridiculous. Sorry how much is a cup? We will pay. Could be because my little sister isn’t an adult, but she was embarrassed. So upset. this is why people shop online, customer service is lacking. You wonder why Amazon is taking sales, lady look no further than yourself

racist staff needs to stop making loud assumptions and calling for "back up" when young adults are just browsing to purchase something. I'm sure if they were blonde haired and blue eyed like the other customers just loitering around it would have been "ok". literally losing out of purchases.
