RATS! If you like your belongings ruined by rats, this is the place. My Furniture was chewed and peed on by Rats, and pricey Disney belongings chewed on by rats. I brought the issue to management attention, and they were unhelpful. At first they denied that the facility had rats, but then I I showed them the picture of the rat poop. Would not recommend.

Locker was not clean, floor needed swept, cobweds tru-out the whole unit. Did not notice any security cameras. The only perk was the 3 months of discounted price.

I found this place ridiculously high in price and the managers are not willing to negotiate it is what it is I would never rent a storage shed from these people ever again once again this is just my opinion

New owners extremely rude and lies straight to your face. They cut your lock off your unit then change the locks on the units without your permission. Then want to charge to cut off. They then changed their story and said they would do lt. He made sure to cut it before the cops showed up. There were items stolen from the unit. The officer that showed up wouldn't even help. Asked him to at least file a report. He didn't. Asked for his badge number he walked away. They were no help at all.y advise do not rent from this company and if you already do make sure this didn't happen to you.

I do not recommend this business. They are extremely rude. They cut your lock off of your unit and replace it with one of theirs. Then even though you are current on your payments they claim they didn't do it. The police were called and they were no help. The officer, Ruiz, refused to do a report and when asked for his badge number, he turned around and walked away. Drove away and left.

They're very polite but you have to have a valid driver's license any credit card to get anything in this place. The charger for their own locks, it is fully secured very clean and very quiet we love the storage place
