Horrible service at meat and deli counters. Get better employees and more of them!! One should not have to ring the bell at the meat counter over and over for 10 minutes only to be told by a guy that clearly LOVES his job, that he's on his break and that "he doesn't think there are more bone in ribeye in the back". Seriously?

The guys in the Meat Department are HORRIBLE! I went on Saturday and there was an older gentleman who waited on me. I asked him for a specific cut of meat. Usually they say "It's already in the case". To them the customer is never right. It took him at least 15 minutes, if not longer and he still hadn't come out. There was a younger guy there and I told him I had been waiting for awhile. He went in the back and came out saying he was on his way. When the first guy FINALLY brought out what I had ordered, he was rude and gruff and practically threw it at me, telling me that he had to change the plastic roll in the back or something and ended saying "OKAY?". Like it was my fault? As I walked off, the younger guy just glared at me with a smirk. Really????? This is not the first time this department has been rude, unprofessional and lazy. They act like you are bothering them to answer a question or get something special for you. A one star is rating them too high! I will NEVER go back to that Meat Department again!!! Albertsons is my #1 go to from now on!

This store is actually disgusting. It's dirty, the food is near expiration or expired and overall it's a stressful shopping experience. The meat has mold and so does the vegetables. Stay clear of this Ralph's This store gets worse and worse. The employees are so off putting, rude and overall seem annoyed by asking them anything. I will never shop at this store.

My aunt is ADA and she called 6x this past 30 minutes 11:15-11:45 on 12/1/23 and no one has answered in customer service nor the floral department to see if they carried a product she needs. I wanted to check prior to packing up her wheelchair and making a trip.
