DO NOT SHOP AT LOWES They have rude associates, the manager is a waste of time, they don't answer the phone and when they do, you wait on hold for 30-40 minutes until they hang up on you. Lowes cost me money. They came out to measure for carpeting and they only measured part of the condo, not all of it. They refused to get someone back out in a timely manner, which is costing me getting a new tenant in the property as soon as possible. I will NEVER use this store again. Incompetent, rude jerks. Take your money elsewhere. They could care less about any reasonable form of customer service. I would give them negative stars if I could.

Just left here about an hour ago, I ended up getting a small space heater for my office. The service was ok, the guy I asked where these were was able to help. The prices were good, everything was within reason and not too expensive.

I was in Lowe's this afternoon, it's always frustrating going in there as no one is ever around to help the customer! But immediately Grace was there . She happily helped me with what I needed. She made sure I got exactly what I needed, You need more people like her. Thankyou Grace !

I feel like they really cared and really wanted to help. Our mailbox fell over today and we went to go look for a new one. We had a few questions and they were really engaged and looking at dimensions to make sure we got the best products. The young guy said he just transferred departments yesterday but was extremely knowledgeable and kind. Thank you!!

Absolutely terrible store. I go to a lot of hardware, stores, and Home supply, and this one is definitely one of the worst. Customer service is pretty awful, and in one project alone, I have a combination of parts missing from items I've purchased, broken things out of packages.., and returns are very difficult. Even if they do return it, the staff is really rude with returns. The only reason why I ever walk in the doors is because it's the only large hardware store in Rancho Santa Margarita. I'd go to Home Depot 1000 times before I go to this location if it weren't for the drive.

The hardware aisle here is such a disappointment. They don't have the most basic things: A 3/8-16 x 1-12 bolt. Grade 8? Nope. Grade 5? Nope. Socket head cap screw? Nope. All empty . The bolt drawers are always half empty and a total mess. Want anything small like M3 or 4-40? Nope, don't stock it. Large U-bolts? Nope, don't stock it. I've left here empty handed more times than I can count. Most times I come here looking for something in the hardware aisle, I end up at O'Reilly, Home Depot, or Denault's Ace. If management is reading this, please do something to improve your hardware aisle. Bring it back to the way it was 20 years ago.

Horrible horrible service!! Do not purchase appliances from them!! Or anything!! I spoke with the Asst. Store Manager as well as the department manager and they will not exchange a fridge as I purchased it 32 days ago. The fridge makes a loud noise all the time and I can hear it from my bedroom upstairs. The fridge is defective and Lowe's return policy is basically worthless. Do not purchase anything from Lowe's!! Never shopping at Lowe's again. Taking my business to Home Depot from now on as the return policy is reasonable and the staff is friendly.

We recently had Lowe's do the granite countertop for our home restoration project, We used the stone called Crescent veil, The measuring, their installation technicians, all Professional and courteous, everything went like clockwork, Everything was so perfect we just couldn't believe it, it just goes to show things can be done exactly right when people care, I wish we would've had Lowes do the whole project. I don't know why they get such a low rating. Has anyone been to that crummy Home Depot with ZERO service and NO ONE to help you. You can roam till aisles till you die there and they will step over your body. Now even though it is far for me, I will always go to Lowes. They not only greet you but tell you where to go and send someone to help immediately. Frank was so helpful on my last visit. Personable and professional.

Luis in the wood cutting department does an excellent job. You mark the wood where you want the cut, and then he will make the cut. His cuts are very accurate, and the piece fit my cabinet perfectly.

Needed to paint my child's room and went to Lowe's for the supplies. I was waiting for several minutes at the paint station to ask a question. There were two guys there talking and I made sure they saw me and smiled at them but they continued to talk so I gave up and continued to shop for my stuff. When I was ready to checkout I went back to the same station and waited until one of them came to help me. They did not acknowldge me, and even walked by me serval times but didn't say a word to me. After about 15 minutes, I was so frustrated I decided to just go to Home Depot instead. Please do better!

Always has what I need and staff is always helpful. Lumber Dept especially helpful when I can't locate the item. Cabinet hardware well stocked and good variety too.

I'd give a zero star if I could. Bought a $27k top of the li r Lennox HVAC through Lowe's, and installer was Home Comfort USA. 5 years later, we're having problems getting warranty support, and Lowe's will do nothing to help. They claim their installation support is only 1 year!!!! Why bother buying anything from Lowe's in the first place?!! They lead you to believe they have your back when making such a major purchase, but after the first year, they ignore your problems. It's sad...we'll be shopping at Home Depot from now on, and just purchase things like carpet, ACs, washer/dryers elsewhere. Lowe's adds no value whatsoever, and just uses their name brand to push products and make money for themselves.
