“About 2 years ago we bought new brake pads for the front and rear of our car at a O'Reilly Auto Parts in Glendora. The brake pads came with a life time warranty. Recently we were very surprised that our brakes started to make noise. Our mechanic said that ALL the brake pads were worn all the way down and needed to be replaced. Our mechanic replaced ALL the brake pads. My wife asked the mechanic to save the old brake pads.We now live in RSM. Last Saturday we returned the brake pads to O'Reilly Auto Parts on Los Flores in RSM.Giancarlo Andujo served us and he was very professional and knowledgeable.
