“When I called to arrange an appointment the telephone gate keeper said that walk-ins are welcome, no appointment is necessary. The next morning when we arrived, we were told that all salespersons were busy, but we could wait. However, the waiting period gave us enough time to browse. The displays are expansive and quite informative. After only a short wait we got connected with Bryan. He did a magnificent job of guiding us through the purchase of a new shower hardware set. Somehow, though, an error occurred. The main valve that we received was the wrong device. The contractor we engaged to install the hardware struggled for several hours before discovering the error. It took a call to the manufacturer technical staff to learn that the device we received lacked the necessary diverter valve. Our project was delayed another few days before the replacement arrived. I know, mistakes can happen. Still, I was disappointed.”

“The company does not communicate at all, they do not responding to emails do not contact customers when the tile you order is in, you just have to keep calling them and checking in. Very lame business practice. Update the company called me to address this issue so it looks like they actually are doing some thing which is all you can ask.”

He directed me to the perfect tile at the perfect price and provided the best shopping experience I have ever had when buying any home improvement Item the store is super gorgeous, exceptionally clean and A great place to shop. Prices were unbeatable. I was under the impression it would be very expensive compared to big box home improvement stores. Wow!! Was I wrong if I ever need tile countertops or anything else related I wouldn’t go any other place. Bedrosians has won me over.”
“Of all the times I've shopped at this store, my experience has been average.I come away with a couple items. Mainly the same thing (air fresheners)... Nothing to ooh and ahh about. Buuuuuuut Miniso is the closest you'll find to a Sanrio in the valley with the nearest Sanrio being a couple hours away.Some things to note: Store is immaculately clean.Store is organized.Store is conveniently located.Staff is average.Pricing is average.Selection is on the meh side of things.”

They called us almost immediately after hours and made arrangements to fix and install a new kitchen sink.
We couldn't do it because the granite cut out was too small.
They were finished very quickly and left no mess.

“Wow! What a great experience I had working with John D at Ferguson Plumbing Supply. He was professional, patient and provided a great customer experience. The plumbing problem I had was challenging and involved old parts. It wasn't a quick fix. John never gave up and involved the manufacture as well as other on-hand experts to weigh in on the problem. He spent quality time working with me, which in the end produced a positive result. One more thing, being a woman, I have at times felt disrespected in this male dominated industry. John didn't go there nor did anyone else that I encountered at Ferguson. I was valued just like every other professional that walked in the door. “Went to Leland to get help fixing a gas leak. He sent out a tech who diagnosed the problem but who did not do the underground work to fix it . Leland sent me to Steve Schick who came out, diagnosed the issue and through some creative plumbing work, resolved the problem. That in my opinion is stellar service. greatly appreciated!”

I'm also shopping for all my kitchen and dinning room needs from El Paseo, Palm Desert store for over four years, many times I left the store because poor customer service, and rude employees, but, last few visits of the store I'm very happy with the service with Sharon, she is very professional and extremely helpful, for all my shopping needs, she checks stocks, make phone calls, find the product I want. And I'm very impressed with her customer service and knowledge of the products, very hard to find a good assistant when we shop around the area. Very grateful.”
