I was passing through town and wanted to use the self wash. Lorene was really helpful in getting me scheduled and showing me how it worked. Greatly appreciated her assistance. Maisy is super clean now.

Buddy the Malti Poo required a nice wash so my wife and I showed up at Earthwise to use the self wash. The staff were wonderful showing how to use the self wash station and then assisted us with providing recommendations on food. This location has everything you need for your pet!

This review is for their self-service dog wash. I washed my 25-lb dog here today and had a very good experience. They have two washing bays and both were very clean and tidy. I'm not sure how long this business has been here, but all of their supplies and interior looked brand new (nothing was dirty or funky). You are given the shampoo of your choice, ear wash, a rubber scrubby, an apron, towels, and the use of a blow dryer all for $20 which I think is a steal. The people who work here are all very helpful, friendly, and professional. Other pros: an easy parking lot with plenty of nearby spots and the store sells high-quality pet food, treats, toys, etc. for one-stop shopping. Tip: Make an appointment in advance for your self-serve wash. I booked out about three days.

It was a very good experience and extremely informative. Their products are top-notch, as is their experience in their products. A little high pressure, but very understanding of your dog's/pets needs . I highly recommend this store. Very sorry they no longer do grooming!

Best place in the Palm Springs area to bathe your dogs. Very clean, great products in the store and the service is phenomenal. We visit Palm Springs annually with our dogs and I love this store.

Great friendly staff. Good products. Have Been going here over a year every two weeks or so now. Its the only good pet food store around for quality grain free, junk free dog food. Consistently rated 8/8 paws up by my two large Siberian Collies.
