I stood in line only to find out the ATM would have been a better option and much faster. I needed to cash a check, the teller informed me it could only be deposited. He said I can do a certain amount in cash, which came from a withdrawal from my account. Which caused my account to overdraft. I wasted my lunch time for this.

I've been a Bank of America customer for decades. A business as well as a personal account. I spent hours trying to make a transfer, but to no avail. I visited the Rancho Mirage branch on Monterey and spoke with a so-called business specialist, who assured me it would be handled after a 24 hour period, and to contact that person if it didn't happen. Well, it didn't happen and trying to reach them by phone of email is akin to poking your eye out with a hot poker. The manager of this branch and the employees need advanced Customer Relationship Management. I intend to raise the matter with the BoA CEO.

After receiving excellent customer service from Banker, Louis Navarro, I asked for an email address to give him a commendation knowing that I do not always receive a survey after doing business with Bank of America. I could not leave a commendation on Holly O’Neill’s website, which seemed to require a Linked In password. I called Customer Service who referred me back to this branch on HWY 111. Could not reach rep.tried to contact Louis Navarro on his email website, but was to referred to a Vice President in Los Angeles! Finally, resorted to good old reliable YELP

They told me I can't cash a check even if I am not a customer. It was a BOA check and it was less than 10k. The manager said it's a policy that they can't do that amount if I am not a customer. Which is wrong. They are some stupid people. They need to read the policy more. Screw this specific business.

This was the only Bank of America open today, normally I go to the BofA on either Ramon or Date Palm/Ramon but they were closed. The staff at this location were amazing and Laura was very polite and helpful. They had a long line but it went quickly; it took me longer to get there than it did waiting in line and that’s with only two tellers working the counter. The tellers were friendly and personable (not like the Date Palm or Ramon branches where they have a superiority attitude). I just might take the extra time to drive out to this location just to get the great service again. Thank you HWY 111 BofA .

Horrible customer service. Takes an average of 20 minutes in line to make a business deposits. Bank closes at 5 pm Monday thru Thursday. One teller two if you are lucky. Massive building, feels like a struggling business model. I Also bank at the local Wells Fargo- no wait lines and several tellers, professional and efficient and closes at 6 pm on weekdays. Don't know how BofA competes.

I do like how this location is not very crowded. Everyone is really nice there although this place needs an overhaul. I feel like I am in a time warp back in the late 80's or early 90's. Sandra is always very helpful. Wendy is nice but can never help with anything. I believe that she is the branch manager but she always delegates everything to others so I am always left with leaving the branch and going to another one that can assist me or calling with 800# and waiting on hold for 20 minutes and getting disconnected and feeling frustrated. You would think that a branch manager would be able to do simple tasks like opening an account but she seems annoyed when you ask her for things. Looking for another branch that is more accomodating when I am in the desert.

This place has horrible fee's! To top it off they have the worst service out of every Bank I've ever been too! It used to be a checking account balance minimum of $2,500 with a small penalty when you fall below that amount. Now it's in a insane $$$$ minimum! Look it up!! Also every time you withdraw money out of their ATM over a certain amount of times they charge you $10.00 each time! This Bank should not be allowed to do this!
