Every time I walk in to this location I leave frustrated and wanting to close my account. The tellers make me feel like I'm bothering them and they can never answer basic questions. I inquired on what was needed to open an account and they told me to wait for a banker. Why couldn't she have looked it up on their website to at least make an effort? The location on Foothill has much better customer service. They should shut this location down and put up more ATMs- it would be cheaper for Wells and provide the same service.

This bank is just awful. Management is lazy and inconsiderate. Arrived when they opened at 9 AM, they only have one teller available and supervisor is sitting on her butt all morning. Waited in line for 30 minutes with only one person ahead of me since arrival. The supervisor didn’t even bother to help her teller. When I left there was a line of about 10 people behind me. Knowing that businesses need to get change and make deposits in the morning they should have more than one teller available or maybe have management help out.

The worst! Got here at 8:30am and walked in at 9am only to nobody being behind the cashier. Waited until 9:10am and called the main number. It was weird because even the glass door to go to the back was open so we were suspicious and they sent the police department. At 9:20 the police department and a teller arrives scared. Then she said they were closed pointing to a letter size white paper at about 6 ft high on the door. Hm you were closed but everything is open? If we were crooks we could have done something wrong but nope called it in. She shooos us out without even a thank you?! None of our business to you.

Arrived on a Tuesday evening around 3:45. They only had 1 teller at the line and 2 employees doing other functions behind the teller. When I arrived the people in front of me were already frustrated from waiting, 1 of them made a complaint to management and left.I don't blame the employees but instead the branch manager and company.1. Greeting clients and making them aware of wait times can go a LONG way. Management has not properly trained staff to be aware of this.2. As clients, we don't understand why at least 1 of the staff behind the teller doesn't open up another line. Rather than ignore and avoid making eye contact from behind the security partition, communicate, we thank you for your wait.This can also be an issue of low morale in the branch but what could be the cause is another thing.Last, teller provided ok service but it seemed like he lost a Rock, Paper, Scissors game and had to be the teller. He barely smiled and looked overwhelmed

Fantastic location for personal or business transaction. I personally do business here and this branch is my go to. The bankers here are excellent at their jobs and second to none as far as customer service! They are very professional, polite, and most importantly they know and care about their customers! I have had BOFA most of my life but past three years of being with Wells, I don't want to go back to BOFA. Highly recommend wells and this Branch in particular!!!!

Long line of 5-10 customers while two females in the back desks having a convo and visibly see the line. No attention no we will be right with you. Sad to say one is the manager.

I get here at open on a Friday. They have 2 open registers for tellers but only 1 is assisting guests. The supervisor in the back waits 10 minutes for about 5 extra guests to show up, sits down behind the tellers and says go ahead and open because theyre looking at us.Such great customer service. Not even a good morning greeting or friendly smile but rather a wonderful smirk.Thank goodness its not my normal branch.

I signed on with this bank two years ago, and tbh I'm not that thrilled about that decision. Recently, during the start of COVID-19, I didn't know I received financial aid refunds from my school starting from March, up until October of the same year. I barely got word of it within the past month, and I have been trying to tell the bankers here I haven't received them at all and had no idea regarding it. They have told me it's there, that I've received them, I have even been yelled at by someone working from home. My most recent interaction with a banker left me feeling distraught and sobbing after the phone call was over. The amount was $3,235.UPDATE: I am now told that they are all on my statements, and there is nothing else they can do for me. I'm definitely switching bank providers for this issue.

My job messed up on my commission so they overnighted me a paper check. I go in to cash the check they tell me to sit down I waited for 47 mins they come back and told me they couldn't verify the funds. Coming to find out I work very closely with WF for my job they looked into it and told me the check info was input incorrectly. I go to another Wells Fargo and they cashed the check no problem. The manager was rude and made me feel like a criminal for trying g to retrieve the money I worked my butt off for! Pretty sad maybe they need new tellers and managers ridiculously unprofessional!
