I went here a couple of weeks ago to get my hair bleached and toned. It was nerve-wracking as a first time client, but Monique was very welcoming and informative. I had a lot of questions and concerns about my hair, and she was very helpful and patient when answering. My hair had been damaged from previous salon visits; she took this into consideration when doing my hair to ensure no further damage happened. She was able to get my hair similar to what I had requested without over processing my hair. She kept making sure I was comfortable and constantly offered water, coffee, etc.. I would highly recommend Monique if you decide to come to this salon!!

I’ve been coming to Salon Madrid for quite sometime now and have always had a great experience. The staff is friendly and attentive. The owner has really made the environment feel welcoming and inclusive. My favorite part of coming here is seeing Monique! I trust her completely with my hair and never have to second guess anything when I’m in her hands. She is the absolute best! Her knowledge of colors, cuts, and hair treatment products are top notch. I always have an awesome time when I’m sitting in her chair! Highly recommend this salon and especially Monique!

Highly Recommended Michelle Lopez & Salon Madrid!!!
I have been in search of a talented and good vibe hairstylist/salon. Thank God my Groupon didn't work out and researched the best salons in google search. Salon Madrid was in the top 5 and took a chance. They responded an hr after leaving a msg and my appointment was booked in 2wks.
My hair color and haircut were a mess as I have been coloring and cutting my own hair for 2 yrs. I had patches of different hair color and uneven haircuts. I knew Michelle was going to get challenged and let me tell you... "MICHELLE BROUGHT IT!!!" I went in a caterpillar and left out of there a "Gorgeous BALAYAGE BUTTERFLY" ready to fly around the CA beaches!
I also want to extend my gratitude to Edgar (owner) who took care of me when my sugar & morale went below my normal level. I left out of there happy and flaunted my hair to my Zumba peeps in LA Fitness. Received lots of compliments!
Thank you Michelle & Edgar! Please keep up the OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'll be seeing you both next month!

I made an appointment with Sarah for a cut and dye. When I showed up she said that she never scheduled for a dye very inconsiderate, wasting peoples time and gas.

If you're in search of a new Salon/ Stylist, you will find someone here! The environment the salon brings is fun and comfortable at the same time. You walk in and someone will always greet you and/ or offer you something to drink! I've been going to Aliana for almost 2 years now she's honestly the best!! I always love my hair after leaving her chair and she helps me plan for my future appointments on what service she thinks is best for my hair and the goal we're trying to achieve! @hairbyameztil

Sooo my stylist is Elías! I showed him a couple of the inspiration pictures that I requested. I was extremely worried because my hair is very thin and didn't know if it would be able to handle bleaching. Well, my hair has never felt so good like this, now I have beautiful blonde hair and it's softer than before. I am extremely grateful that I found him. I asked and he DELIVERED. Book with him! He has angel hands

10/10 , great service & the vibe of the place was very pleasant. Michelle who was an angel, helped me recover my hair. I recently had my hair cut by a different salon (the before photos) & was left in distraught with the choppy cut and uneven bangs. I found this salon on yelp and she did a great job reviving my hair. Ive never had it this short but Michelle made sure everything was okay before doing anything. Pricing was also not too bad considering today's economy. Would definitely recommend coming here :)

I was looking for somewhere close enough to Ontario Ranch that does Brazilian blowouts, and I came across Salon Madrid. Based on the reviews, I decided to give it a shot. The salon is so cute, and I am so surprised I haven't seen it earlier considering how often I am in this shopping center to eat nearby. I had Sarah do a cut and Brazilian blowout and I am IN LOVE with my hair. She was able to bring my desired cut to life with very vague direction from my side due to my lack of being able to describe what I wanted. To top it off, the treatment made my hair so soft and flowy. I think this was the fastest Brazilian Blowout I have ever had, and it was primarily because she used a blow dryer to dry the solution rather than sitting me down at a dryer station like other salons I've been to. I am so happy with my hair and I'm 100% coming back to Salon Madrid and Sarah for my next cut.

Aliana has been my balayage stylist for about 6 months now. She is professional, kind, and cares about quality. She has never cancelled an appointment and is very organized in her booking process. Definitely recommend!
