I would highly recommend RE/Max Commercial Real Estate division, specifically Nathan Bragg. This is the second time I have worked with Nathan. I would choose no one other than him to handle any commercial transaction. Nathan takes the time to learn about who you are in order to assit you the best way possible in your transaction. During the sale of our church facility, once we signed a contract, we had 4 sound offers in less than 4 weeks. Both times qualified buyers were identified, he stayed in continuous communication and gave support and assistance throughout the escrow process. Escrow closed timely both times!
