This store is always clean, always bright and fun to be in, the products are great, and hands down the most helpful friendly staff of any store I've been in. Cannot give them enough praise.

Lush is always a pleasure to visit. The store is consistently clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I need. The staff is super attentive and always ready to answer any questions. I love buying products from here – it's a fantastic shopping experience every time!

came to this location, was in there for about 5 mins at most? i don’t come to lush often, but today i was helped by Jenny. She was so kind and helped me find lovely scents catered to my scent tastes and profile! Will definitely be returning, she made my short visit very enjoyable. :)

Always 5 stars for this place, not just for their amazing products but the staff is always so friendly, and this is coming from someone with social anxiety. Tiana helped me today and made me feel so at ease while I selected my products. She knew exactly what I was looking for based on the vague description I gave haha! Thank you Tiana for being so awesome!!

Went today & this place is AMAZING!! Soon as we walked in they greeted us with smiles. All the soaps, creams & body washes were FABULOUS!! The girls are SUPER!! Very helpful & we left with ALOT of samples! If u never been here you're missing out!! I'm a man & this place is FANTASTIC!! Thank u girls SO MUCH for this EXPERIENCE!!!

My first time ever walking into the place , and I was definitely overwhelmed with all the products just everywhere didn’t even know where to start , but sam was amazing on showing me recommendations and the most sellers ! I went to Lush here at vgs recently with a friend. Patty was helping us, first showing us face masks cuz my friend was interested & really likes them. Patty asks me if there was anything I was interested in since my friend had been mainly talking & I ask if there's anything good for acne cuz I felt like my acne was crazy at the moment with the breakouts that I had. Patty tells me I'm being dramatic but proceeds to show me a product that is supposed to be good for acne while examining my face. I admit I do not have cystic acne, however I feel like that's not the point. Why tell someone they're being dramatic about their skin when you have no idea who they are? You have no idea about their skin history and you confidently tell them they're dramatic? There are plenty of people with cystic acne who are able to clear their skin to the point where you'd never think they'd ever had it before. How would Patty know that's not my case to tell me I'm dramatic? That's my point. Overall Patty was nice & helpful the whole time we were there, she gave me a sample of a face mask try & helped my friend pick a good face mask to buy. I'd only suggest refraining from telling people they're dramatic about their skin or making similar comments. Patty could've & should've kept her thoughts to herself. I'm just asking for recommendations on products, not what you think about my skin.
