I want to thank Mauricio and his team for being alongside me during what I would consider a long and stressful process of buying a house. It was a challenging market when I first started looking for houses but he was there every step of the way to appease and ease my concerns and worries. He was patient and accommodated my busy schedule. I appreciated his no-pressure attitude and commitment to finding the perfect home for me. Mauricio will continue to be my realtor for any other future home purchases and I highly recommend him to friends and family.

Knowledge is PowerWorking with Janice Favela was a great experience, and we would recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. 5 Stars ⭐️ isn’t Enough!Janice Favela is absolutely, hands-down the best realtor! She is prompt, knowledgeable, understanding, and trustworthy! She helped guide us through the home buying process and made the selling of our previous home very smooth! She sold our previous home for over asking price and was able to get our new home for under asking! She went above and beyond to help us with issues months after we had closed on our new home. We will definitely refer Janice to friends and family looking to buy or sell in the future.

The͏ BEST in the business! Hard-working, reliable and incredibly knowledgeable.Since 1994 I have been involved in many real estate transactions and unfortunately have never really had a positive experience with a realtor. They have been flakey and often just like order takers. I initially reached out to Janice in 2018 regarding my mother’s rental, that was in a not so desirable part of town, she did a market analysis and provided my mother with a lot of useful information. My elderly mother was not ready to put her rental on the market quite yet and Janice was incredibly understanding and always kept the lines of communication open. Janice consistently checked in to say hello and it was never annoying, as my mother was constantly bombarded with “investors” or realtors with a spiel. Janice persistence paid off, since we liked her and especially her professionalism, we finally listed mother’s rental in 2021. That rental listing was an absolute nightmare, I honestly feel that other realtors would’ve just walked away but not Janice. She rolled up her sleeves and provided solutions that kept us on track to close, it didn’t matter to her that this was a “small sale” this is where we really saw her integrity shine. She worked so hard for us that we knew she would be the only realtor for our next transaction and the following one after that! Patient͏ and focusedNo pressure on buying a home that wasn’t for us. Janice asked what we wanted for our home, and helped us stick to that plan. When a house didn’t have something on our list, she made sure we didn’t forget about it or looked into the possibility of doing it ourselves.Ultimately, we weren’t pressured and were satisfied with the focus Janice had on getting us OUR home and not just any home.
