I have a bad experience with one Mambu Sonnie, at their Oxboro office. He is unprofessional and doesn't know what to do. My tax was rejected due to his unprofessional nature, and he now paper filed, but still holding on to my receipt, saying they have issues with uploading it. What has that got to do with a client? Just leave my receipt no, he is still holding on to it. I just don't understand him.Surprisingly, I have escalated it twice but no Manager seems to be bordered till date. I will advise myself after this week if I don't get my receipt filed. You guys charged me and I have paid fully.

Haven't had a bad experience been using it for 3 years even got my money for years I didn't use them on deductions that I missed using TurboTax

We just had our taxes done at H&R Block in Rancho Cucamonga and we had our regular tax man "David Bratt" and he always does such a professional and accurate job! We have been going to this Tax office for about 10 years and would be glad if we could go another 20 years with them. Such a clean office and very nice staff. Reasonable preparation prices and done accurately every time. Really great team!!

Excellent treatment, the representative Angela treated me wonderfully, she explained everything to me and answered my questions, the receptionist was very friendly, in short a good place to make your taxes

Excellent tax filing experience thanks to David Bratt. David was friendly, professional, and he took the time to explain each step to me as we went along. I never felt rushed, and he patiently answered all of my questions. The lady in front is also very sweet. I highly recommend this location and David Bratt as a tax preparer. I had a prior appointment at the H&R Block at the Terra Vista location. The tax preparer I had over there made me feel very uncomfortable (twice), so I ended up cancelling. Go to this one instead! Thanks again, David!
