Hilo Auto Service is without a doubt the best auto shop I've been to in the Inland Empire. Alfred is professional, helpful, honest, and extremely knowledgable. I was impressed by how prompt their service was and most importantly, the integrity of their work. The service Alfred and Hilo Co provided was superb from top to bottom. I admired the professionalism and courtesy.
I'm typically super skeptical about taking my car to shops I wasn’t referred to from family, but now I am confident I can continue using Hilo Auto Service.
Repairs provided were: oil change, oil leak and a transmission issue.

If I could give Hilo Auto Service 10 stars I would! Ask for Alfred. He's literally the nicest, most down to earth professional mechanic I've ever met in my 33 years of dealing with many nightmare mechanics.

Went there for car inspection needed for uber. The guy was so good explaining everything needed and how to pass the inspection. He even stayed late after closing to finish my forms. Can’t thank him enough. Would certainly go back there for the services they offer.

Made three phone calls in the middle of my Uber car inspection, while me sitting in the car and car is running. Not patient to non-English as first language speaker. Bad attitude.

I've been coming here for roughly 7 years and it's the only place I go to make an oil change. Fred is so friendly and helpful. He puts air in my tires and put on my steering wheel cover (it was difficult for me to put on myself).
The best part is that he's honest; he's not just trying to collect money from people. He'll tell you if your doesn't need an oil change and send you on your merry way.
Big shout out to Fred!

I came in for an Uber inspection and Alfred was super attentive and professional. He got me in as soon as he could (it was really busy) and made sure all my questions were answered. Not only did he do my inspection, but he gave me a run down on all the services his shop does and I am impressed to say the least. I'll definitely be back soon. Thank you, Alfred! You're the best!

Hilo auto service is a great place to take your vehicle for a service. I took my 2013 Toyota Avalon and had the thermostat replaced to this business and the work done was awesome. Alfred the manager is great very professional, courteous, trustworthy and pleasant guy. I recommend Hilo auto service to everyone that want quality customer service and quality work on your vehicle.
