We met Angela and Jeanette at the office. Both were extremely helpful and went out of the way to get things done. They were easy to contact beyond normal means.Angela was our preparer. She was extremely knowledgeable and resourceful. She was honest and straightforward about things that she knew. However, she researched and found info for us to get things done. My taxes this year were highly complex. We had three states, multiple W2s, houses, mortgage payments, solar, EV credits and many other forms to fill.She did the right research and found what was best for us.There were some other complications with the tax submission and she had handled them very professionally and in a timely manner.Overall I have filed taxes with many agents, would still rank Angela on the top of the list.

Overcomplicated the online filing process. Didn't follow up on the files uploaded on my account and repeatedly called my husband to request the same files I already submitted, while nobody followed up with me or contacted me on my account. Fees for filing online are also very high.

I set up an appointment at this branch to fix something on my tax return. I received an email confirmation for the date and time of the in-person appointment. I arrived to my appointment on time and no one was at the office. The lights were off and no one was inside. I took the day off work to have this appointment. I then called the number from the email confirmation and no one answered. I called the main number for H & R Block and once I finally got through to someone they told me that my appointment was made using "central time" instead of my time zone. Yet the confirmation email I received for my appointment clearly stated the time for the appointment. Makes no sense at all. What a complete waste of my time. I'm done with this business
