Fixed my car very fast with a broken window among other body damage and on top of that they detailed the car inside and out which is unheard of from the other body shops I have been too in the past. I'm not a sales person but a honest person and I recommend this body shop to anyone that need service done with first class treatment thanks guys

I got in a wreck a few months ago and was able to take my car to Collison center the next day. They were very responsive, honest, and understanding which meant a lot as it was the first wreck I got in! The girl at the front desk kept me updated with all of the steps that they did and was very helpful when I would request an update. Highly recommend but I hope I don't have to be back LOL!

In a word....wow! Unfortunately, an adverse party backed into my vehicle and smashed the front bumper and grill. As the previous body shop that I used was no longer associated with Mercury Insurance, I opted to connect with the current shop suggested by Mercury, Collision Center (CC). The day of the accident, Vanessa from CC was on it and contacted me. She was extremely courteous and explained the process in detail and offered to arrange my rental car with Enterprise. As I opted to use OEM parts for the vehicle (Mercury typically uses the highest grade of after market parts), it was in the shop a bit longer until the parts arrived. OEM provides exact fitment to original specs for the vehicle. I found both Vanessa and the estimator, Carlos, to be both responsive and willing to answer any questions throughout the course of the work. When the car was completed, I couldn't believe it was my car. It was stunning, both engine bay and outside. The technicians that perform the work are truly gifted and it looked as good as when I bought it off the dealer lot. Both CC and Mercury Insurance are terrific partners and eliminate the stress that comes with any needed repairs for their customers vehicles, as the need arises. If another accident presents itself in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to use CC services again. They are 5 stars plus in my book.

I cannot say enough of how much I have been satisfied with Collision Center of Rancho Cucamonga. Carlos has been such a help and he sent me updates on my cell phone. They also deal with Enterprise car Rental so it was convenient for me to drop off my car and get picked up and taken to the rental office. Vanessa at their front desk is amazingly helpful and such a nice person. Customer service has been excellent and my car looks brand new.

I am SO impressed with the body work of this company. They completed their work efficiently and ahead of schedule. My car looks brand new! It is so beautiful, I couldn't be more pleased! The people I worked with were very pleasant as well. I highly recommend this body shop!

I got in an accident and my insurance recommended the Collision Center. They did an amazing job! They had to replace the front bumper and the hood of my car and it is as good as new! They also finished it 4 days earlier than expected. Vanessa was so kind and helpful during the whole process. She talked me through it all and takes such pride in her job. I appreciated their timely communication and their speediness!

Only came here because they are partnered with GEICO. I figured it should be decent work, not the case. They took my truck on a Monday morning and finished it on Thursday. I wasn't able to pick up till Friday. When I arrived at very first glance From a distance I was already upset with the work. Orange peel texture was EXTREMELY noticeable. I told them and they said they would fix it. I sat and waited nearly 2 hours since I had to Uber there. When they completed it it still wasn't right but I had to leave. Now I'm coming out of my own pocket to make this look better with a paint correction service. Which is about $500. Seems to me this place just wants to get the cars in and out without doing quality work. Why would they think it's okay to turn in a vehicle in that condition. I'm not a professional but noticed the poor quality work immediately. They said it's lifetime warranty in hopes for me to feel better and hurry up and pay them. I recommend not to go here! You will get your vehicle back fast but be very upset with the work. I have another claim with my 2nd truck but I will not return here. I regret coming here and honestly I was happier with the way my truck looked with the damage.

This facility is partnered with Geico. Easy rental pickup and return when you will have you car fixed. I appreciate that I am given updates from time to time about the status of the repair. Highly recommended.Service: Body & Trim

Came in a couple minutes early before opening and Vanessa was able to attend to me despite them not opening till 8 am. I've never been involved in an accident and so she was very informative when I asked any questions regarding my vehicle. She also was quick to arrange me a rental vehicle through enterprise, (through my insurance). I very much appreciated her swiftness and customer service skills as it is sometimes hard to come across these days. Collision center has also been keeping me informed on the status of my vehicle through text messages so I'm never out of the loop on the status of it. I would recommend taking your car here as the service and quality of work here is great. Would also like to add that Danny was a huge help to me with some minor concerns I had with my vehicle after I picked it up. He assured me that the concerns I had would get taken care of and they immediately were. His professional and his eagerness to helping me was something I very much appreciated. My car looks BRAND NEW, and looks like it just came out of the dealership. If I could give this place 10 stars I would.
