I can’t say enough good things about my banker Veronica! I went in to set up a business bank account and she was not only very knowledgeable but extremely kind. I appreciate the great customer service and kind words. Thanks again for your help!

this is my home branch, and i really avoid coming to this branch anymore. i literally only have this problem here, no other locationmuch of the staff here are condescending and rude. they look at you like, "why are you approaching the counter? why are you interrupting our conversation?" as the staff talk to each other. same exact thing if you wish to sit down and speak personally with a banker in one of the cubicles. you might get flashed a fake smile and again, its the unwelcome feeling like why are you here kind of energy. its kind of elitisti don't know if the staff here feel harassed or what, which wouldn't surprise me for this town. but the lack of training and customer service skills is beyond obvious. Long gone are the days when Mr. Lamar was here and he ran this bank like a well-oiled machine

Decided to leave a review after coming here several times and getting horrible customer service I come here every month (after no longer going to the upland location) to make a deposit. Everytime they change the rules depending on who you get at the counter and then say it's the policy lol like why wasn't that the policy everytime I came before. It's been several times I've had to tell them to make sure they all follow policy cause it's so annoying they all say different things. Also brought a check here one time that was for chase bank and they wouldn't cash it he looked at the amount and told me that the check was flagged I'm like how I just got it in the mail that day. I called where I got the check to verify what he was saying and they told me they have no idea what he's talking about the check was good I went back inside and he still would not do it. After then speaking to the manger he tried to make an excuse for the guy which was no where near irrelevant to him denying to cash my check & they still didn't do it after lying and making excuses of why they couldn't do it

After I left the Upland location on Campus Ave I came here. Unfortunately this location also didn't want to cash my check. The gentleman who was about to help me saw the amount the check was and also stated that he is only allowed to pull $2,500. Which I know for a fact that's a lie. So I left after not being helped.

How in the heck do I go here to cash a check and get told they cannot cash it because it is not on my “issuers payroll account” yet once I returned to my car I did a mobile deposit on my PREPAID APP GOBANK BY GREENDOT lol and my funds were available within minutes!!!! Im so confused lol. I think the teller was having a bad day lol

I am so upset that I wasted my time to go to this location today. They were not helpful. Horrible customer service. I had to do my own research online and found what I needed regarding my IRA question and was given incorrect -or incomplete information - while I was there this afternoon.

The tellers are always friendly and helpful and the one time I needed help the financial advisors went out of their way to help me with a credit card issue that wasn't even their fault. They're just my bank and I didn't know where else to go to with my problem. My credit was very young and I made a mistake on an application, and if I was denied it would have tanked my score. A financial advisor sat with me while I explained the situation to the customer service people; and when they said there was nothing they could do, she advocated on my behalf. I couldn't have done any of this on my own - I was terrified and barely understood what was happening, and the folks at Chase reassured me that they would try to help, and even if it went bad, we could work together on building my credit back. After that situation was resolved (which I am certain it wouldn't have been without their help!) she helped me figure out why the mistake I made happened, helped me brainstorm what I could do in the future to prevent it, and answered questions I had about how credit scores work, etc. This happened years ago, but I remember it to this day because they did NOT have to help me, but they did, and they did a phenomenal job.Though its not abou this location specifically, I also want to add that I have never had any issues with the Chase mobile banking app, which is why I switched to Chase from my previous bank in the first place -- my old bank's app was unusable and it was exhausting dealing with glitches.

Love this bank & this branch! These tellers are so nice & courteous & helpful!! Even during COVID! Plenty of hand sanitizer & social distancing without sacrificing speedy, efficient customer service! Chase sure knows how to put customers first!

They closed at 458 & a disabled old lady begged them to please let her in as she desperately needed to cash her check. The female staff refused to let her in. It was so sad to watch as it was barely 5 and it was obvious that she really needed to be helped. I will never go back to that location. Horrible customer service

I have been with chase bank for years, and always happy with their service. This branch is the only one that made me feel like I don't deserve their service. I came there for a small issue, teller told me to wait for a banker. After 30 minutes of wait, the banker finally acknowledged me, and told me since i don't have an appointment and they are busy, why don't I go to another branch? I'm ok to go to another branch, but why don't they tell me at the beginning? Such a waste of time, never coming to this location ever again.

I've been banking with Chase for years and this is the first location that made me feel so unwelcomed. There were lots of employees standing around talking to each other and they looked right at me but did not acknowledge me at all. The teller did not say hello and seemed annoyed to be helping me the entire time. Extremely prejudice and racist. I will never ever do business at this location again.
