Staff is simply AMAZING. They go far and beyond to help me every time I'm in there. They have a lot of shoes that I want, and the times they didn't the order was there within the week

The ONLY reason Champs gets any stars is due to Mary and Tawnya. These two ladies really know how to provide amazing customer service. If Champs only did business on-line they would be OUT OF BUSINESS. The online customer service is ATROCIOUS!!Lucky for this Champs they have ladies like this working for them.
