“The product is slightly different from the usual Costco. This is both good and bad. It’s good that you can buy other things, but for example, you won’t find baked goods or clothes here, but you can find a lot more. There are also discounts on some items. The toilet is clean, there is free parking, There are cigarettes for sale. Everyone will find something necessary and useful, you won’t leave empty-handed.”

“I love going to this Costco. It's never as crowded as the other Costco stores and easy to find parking. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well stocked. I prefer this location over the others in the area.”
“Always love Costco. Bargains galore and always new foods to taste and things to buy. Their gas is always at least 10cents cheaper. Great pair of stretch waist pants for under $15 and looking at a 70" TV for under $500”
“Best bumpers in the industry and customer service deserves 10 stars! We had our bumper for about a year, but one slight issue with the powder coating, mainly due to the extreme winter we had. I reached out via email and they were more than helpful. Max (owner), called me and setup a time for me to come the same day since we were on our way back from Tahoe. Knowing my wife and kids were coming, they even emailed me with places to eat nearby since we’d be arriving around lunch time. Talk about amazing customer service! When we arrived, they were awesome! Got working on replacing the bumper immediately, showed me around the shop and are sure my family was comfortable…even hooked up my kids with stickers, posters, and patches! They were stoked! Thanks again to Max and his crew, you have a customer for life!-JI”

“For a FAST and EASY pickup: Have a photo ID (if the name doesn't match the receipt then they just make a copy of anyone's ID for liability purposes) and your physical PINK paperwork ready - then you get the green light to back up into the loading docks to wait, then the pullers will arrive with your items to help load stuff into your truck/large vehicles.*If you lost the pink receipt: then you call the store you purchased from to fax over your invoice to the warehouse so that they can have a heads-up that you're arriving without one**The customers are responsible for tying things down after loading, free ropes are provided in a bucket nearby or you can bring your own.It's good to arrive shortly after purchasing or when a salesperson calls or texts whether all or most of your items are in stock... to save the disappointment of making multiple trips or leaving with nothing at all.If all else fails, call the customer service managers of the store you purchased from and they'll be able to help with any issues. The warehouse closes at 5pm, I don't recommend arriving last minute - try to arrive early morning & afternoon for the best attention & service.”

“My truck broke down so I missed my appointment, arrived late in the evening security was nice and understanding, allowed me to wait in their parking area and showed me the bathrooms location in case I needed, I was placed as a work-inn, checked in 5am and by 6am I was unloaded!The lady at the receiving has a very kind heart, she's an angel!”

The crew was friendly with me. Teke me early before my appointment and don't take much to unload. Security guard was not really friendly but we interacted well .. maybe he was tired.. so it's a good place”

“I signed up yesterday for an executive membership and the customer service was excellent when deciding what the best membership plan would be. For $120 a year , I have 2 people on the membership and gets us 2-4% cash back on so much stuff and I’m very excited to try the travel agency and optometrist. I have my daughter’s wedding coming up where I will be purchasing the alcohol and we get 4% back on that too! After yesterday’s shopping trip I probably won’t need to leave the house for months lol.
