I tend to avoid this walmart, because it's always a mess. Anytime I go to the pet aisles, there seems to be something in the way... so it's good that I'm never in urgent need of cat food or litter, and also Pet Smart is way more accommodating. The layout of the store is very confusing. The grocery section bridges a gap around a corner that you might miss if you didnt know it was specifically there. So many things are locked up, so that also encourages me to shop elsewhere. Unfortunately, this is the location that is closest to my work, so when I need to stop somewhere quick, this is what I'm stuck with.

This review is purely for the optical department where I have been pleasantly assisted by several people on two different occasions. This last time a wonderfully helpful gentleman named Andrew helped me and I simply wanted to give credit where credit is due. Thank you!

There's no point in providing a number to call when the employees don't pick up. Either tale the number down since it's useless or hire more workers.

F - minus...... Tried their self checkout and it was all messed up. I wanted to just get some eggs milk bread and some beer, but the lady said they needed to have a manager override the transaction.. What's the point of self-check if you can't make it go faster? I went back another time same situation... make sure there is someone over 21 years old working the self check if you are buying an alcohol.

This is for BEVERLY AT THE PHARMACY!!!!! Probably one of the most rude, uneducated, unhelpful "CHILDISH" workers I have ever dealt with in the last 10 years of going to that POS pharmacy. When a person has medical insurance THERE IS NO COPAY! Ok Beverly? Go back to school and get your s*** right! I've been going there and have been in the medical field longer then YOU have been employed and were in school for a position that doesn't suit you. And did I call you a B***** your damn right I did and obviously your pharmacy team thought so to seeing as no one did a damn thing to back you up! Now that you had me waiting for two hrs for medications I've been on for 10 plus years and then you walk away to let a pharmacist do your petty little job ? If you were my employee you'd be fired! Which is the goal here for the next 80 days I will write you a yellp YKU need HELP review for what you just put me threw. And I will be in daily until I speak to your manager in person with you there. Think you can just slide to the side and leave your dirty work for people who are way more educated then you and that's not even there job? Pathetic! When you start something you finish it PERIOD! Even the dumbest of people know that ! But not you BEVERLY . To the Walmart pharmacy manager please roll your tapes back to see how your employee handled a situation that made me come $80 OOP (out of pocket) just in case you didn't no THAT BEVERLY as she didn't seem to care to help at all after I got the card for her the back of the card someone on the phone for her like she was hoping I was just going to disappear n so she can say "next in line" , ugh who's covering me for break" get the f*** out of here with that! You suck at customer service and until I know the upper managers of Walmart k own what you just put me the and how you treated your "team" who didn't back you obviously LOL I won't stop. 80.00$ 80 days of yellp BEVERLY AT WALMART PHARMACY NEEDS HELP" then needs to be fired and never rehired to work in any customer service setting ever again. I'll leave it at that for tonight seeing as you've wasted 3 hrs of my night and cost me $ I don't have. Until next time .....

Checked in at 6:30. It's now seven o'clock, and not one Walmart associate has brought me out my groceries. Why bother utilizing a service that is half a***** This Walmart on Folsom is just as bad as the Florin Road Walmart. Thanks for wasting my time. After working all day, I just love sitting in your parking lot waiting for my order to be brought to my car!!!! Of and then I call the 2792014004 number and the associate says that they haven't received my check in. Yeah right, 30 minutes later and I am still waiting.........the pick up order process should not take over 30 minutes. Ijs.....

Rancho Cordova store is one of the worst ever. I hardly ever find everything I'm looking for. So many empty spaces on the shelves. Whoever does the ordering should be fired. Bought a bag of chips that rang up a dollar more than what the tag said and when I told the clerk they just shrugged. Bought candy from the clearance section after Halloween that was marked 50% off and it rang up regular price. Clerk said only some of the stuff was discounted but it was all in the same place. Same thing happened after Christmas. I tried to buy a pack of Pediasure but there was a loaded pallet in front of it. Told one of the staff and she said I needed a pallet engineer. Found another staff and they told me the same thing. Did not offer to help me find one. They just walked away. I absolutely hate this store. I will make the drive to Folsom before I shop here. You have to buy simple crap like toothpaste in a separate area. Vitamins and supplements are locked behind glass and when you press the button for assistance it takes forever for someone to show up - if they show up.

This location is not too bad. I love the fact that they have many of the items you are looking for place right in the center of the store. They also have to pick ship back to the place, and all the Soto's centrally located at the store so it makes it easy for you to talk to them. They obviously know exactly what you are in the holidays and they put those things. Also, I love by from this location. They are small and they are very protective. I like to give them to my kids so they can go to school

Run as fast as you can! Empty shelves, employees profiling you, rotten produce, no no no! Terrible store, terrible staff, dirty, no carts! Same panhandlers, and begging for $ on the exit. Not even as affordable as Food Town, try there.

We live right down the street and generally drive past this Walmart to go to the Folsom one! The customer service is horrible! Usually the only carts I can find are filled with returns all over the store blocking passageways! Multiple empty shelves throughout the store! Inside and out tends to be very grimy with cluttered trash and dirty floors! Employees will walk by you as they talk to other employees cussing and having loud personal conversations! I've only seen a few respectful employees here but the majority of them obviously hate being there and I can't blame them! This Location needs a major revamp Id rather shop at Kmart!

Many people probably know what a bar crawl is and may even have participated. They are always fun right? Walmart crawls are the complete opposite of fun! This is the experience my mother put my dad and I through going to several Walmarts in one day, to search for a transport chair, because her current one had gotten too uncomfortable for her to use. Apparently she saw their ad in a flyer and decided we should try to buy a new one for her. When we entered the store, we went straight to the pharmacy where the wheel chairs were supposed to be on display. However, they had two chairs on the floor still in boxes. One said "do not sell. display only". The other one was not a transport chair. But we finally realized a display of the advertised chair was high above our heads. Too high for us to get a look at and see its measurements. Staff members nearby, including the pharmacist could not help us at all, because they were not aware or trained with knowledge about their inventory stats. Disappointed, we ended up completing our other required shopping, and departed to check out another Walmart store. To cut a long and boring story short, the other three Walmarts we had to check out, had none available either, including employees who didn't know anything about it! In fact, they had no transport chairs at all! It was a miserable Walmart crawl that I hope to never have to go through again!

I went to Walmart 10 minutes before it closed and they told me I couldn't go in anymore. Other times they let people in even after 11 pm which is the time it closes. Very disappointed and frustrated because I had gone to buy formula for my child.

I went to this Walmart and the service was amazing. A employee named "Heavy" helped me so much. It was and in store pick up but he delivered it to me straight into my car. He definitely deserves a promotion. He provides amazing service and he is also very friendly.

I get it that COVID has made things tough. But spending thirty minutes trying to buy a watch battery is not ok. I left before I had any service. 30 minutes later. I own a lot of Walmart stock. And I'm reconsidering that position. If I bought the same batteries from Amazon (your main threat), I would have them tomorrow and not wasted the time and the gas to end up in your store. It is crucial that you fix this. I only come to your store for smallish purchases like scallions or Cool Whip or tortillas. You can't build a growth business on small money when most of my buying goes to Costco. And the main reason I don't do the majority of my shopping at Walmart is your staff is either not around or indifferent. And, that, is a product of pay. You want the bottom of the barrel? Then pay a living wage. Nobody gives a s*** about their job when they see themselves as the worst paid people in the country. If you're not paying $20 an hour then the experience I had is going to be the norm. And the norm is going to be me never setting foot in the door again to an operation that can't even sell me a watch battery in less than thirty minutes. Furthermore, I'll make a lot more money selling WalMart and buying Costco, or spaceships. You guys need to desperately focus on store by store performance and metrics that focus more on customer satisfaction and less on making profit. You know why? Customer satisfaction is a metric that translates into repeat customer engagement. There's no metric that is more important to a company than that. I don't have to be a business major to figure that out. Get your s*** together.

It sucks I hate it here, avoid at all costs, nothings ever in stock. Workers are miserable and rude. Everything is locked up and no ones working to open the cases. Too short staffed
