I've bought membership for over a month and I've been to this location several times and very satisfied with it and all staffs were courteous. But today around 11am, I pulled to the Member's gate, waited there for about 2 minutes the gate didn't open. I have been to other places and as soon as I pulled up to the gate, it opens automatically. But today for some reason it didn't open and I didn't realized that I have to pull forward very close for the gate for it to open. So attending staff walked toward me gave me a dirty look and said, "Can you read the sign there to pull foward in a condescending tone..." All he had to say is, "Please pull forward futher sir..."

Quick and simple process. The blower at the end is a bit weak and can leave water on the windows. Vacuum and wiping area is fully covered and well equipped. Andre kindly came by and made sure everything was in order, great customer service all around.
