Installation completed of our new gas fireplace insert today by Tyler and Cody. They explained each step of the process to us and were very professional and neat. Once the job was done they went over all the features and how to use the remote control. We enjoyed the experience with all aspects of the company from Randy and Jersey to Tyler and Cody. Would recommend to everyone.

Alex and Cody installed a propane fireplace into my home. They were both polite and experts and what they were doing. I would recommend Hearth & Home for anyone looking to add a new or replace an old fireplace in their home.

Really was impressed with Alex and he came out and we thought he seemed knowledgeable and caring.
He said he would get back to us once he spoke to his supervisor but here we are 3 Weeks later and have never heard from them again. So follow up I’d give a zero . Moving onto to someone else now.

Justin and Cody provided top service. They are very professional and very efficient. They completed the insert installation much sooner than estimated. Their workmanship is top notch. This is the highest level of service. I did not buy a fireplace from them. I live in NJ. I posted on a fireplace forum regarding what I am buying. The shop from where I was buying did not give me installation guidance since I did not choose their installer. However Randy responded on the forum and gave me some invaluable guidance even though I did not buy the fireplace from them. Fantastic place.

We recently worked with Randy to have our old wood burning fireplace removed and install a new electric fireplace. The workers that did the removal and prepared the space for the electric fireplace were experts in many phases of the project. They carefully cut out and removed a 300 lb wood burner, reconfigured the framework to house the electric fireplace, replaced the drywall and prepared it for painting. After other finish work was completed they returned to complete the installation. Awesome job.

I don't write reviews but I will for these guys! Couldn't have asked for a better experience all around! Friendly, informative and helpful staff there. We bought two inserts. We were happy to get a date to have an estimate done within a week, and installation date for about a month out for two days of installation. The installer's were, Alex and Cody. These two men worked great as a team, were friendly and very cautious about our wood floors and furniture. They even took pictures of an area on the roof that was missing some finishing work and brought it to our attention. While they worked they took the time to answer any questions we had. We got instructed (a couple of times for us) on operating the fireplaces. We love our fireplaces now! Debbie Peterson
