If was possible to give a -10 I would... just paid almost $400,00 to change a lightbulb. Feels like the person in charge took advantage of my husband due to a linguagem barrier. This is not the first time something like this happens to this store. Last time was on my car, was approved one amount and and you go to pick your vehicle, you have to pay more than what was agreed. If you value your money and don't want to get robbed go somewhere else.

Person that checked in my car and provided an estimate was not friendly. Told him I was referred by AAA app and offered 10% off labor for ANY repair as a member. He told me no discount because I provided my own parts. I had to provide my own parts because MIJ only use aftermarket parts (billed at OEM prices). But the 10% off labor was shown at least three places on the app and never mentioned that exclusion. I called AAA customer service and the rep said it was the first time she had ever heard of it. Apparently it was new to both of us. It took two days for them to do the 3 hour job and cost $600. Repair seems ok according to my temp gauge but there’s coolant all over the new radiator and my Lexus has engine covers so I can’t say for sure. I also provided new o-rings and seals for every hose that connected to the radiator but they just gave them back unopened and said they weren’t sure where they went. It seemed like a simple repair and both the dealers were far away so I took a chance since they were AAA approved. But they didn’t honor their agreement with AAA to give a discount for the referral and didn’t do anything a shade tree mechanic wouldn’t have done for half the price. Plus the dealer has that neat coffee machine, a longer warranty and will give me a ride home.Service: Oil change

Very honest; even gave me a free second opinion when I was told my Camry needs new wheel bearings. Much better than going to the dealership.

This place overcharges like people have extra money right now. They have fleet maintenance contracts so they don't really need any walk-in business, if you're silly enough to go in this place and try to get an oil change or try to get your check engine light fixed, they're going to rape your wallet. I bought a used car for them to take a look at and they try to charge me three times what it's worth to do unnecessary work on it. The work that they actually do is overcharged by at least 15%. Shameful, I would give less than one star if I could.

I don't like writing negative reviews but integrity is important to me. let's start with the counter person Robert, he was really nice. It was a basic maintenance and MIA was much less expensive than the dealership major plus!. They suggested a transmission fluid swap which wasn't necessary (per owner's manual) but I trusted and followed Robert's suggestion. brake pads were suggested to be replaced soon, which would indicate that they had to remove the tires to check. All seemed good and that would have been the end of it. however, I marked the tires and verified the PSI on all 4 tires before the service. when I picked up the car they said everything was done. they said they rotated the tires and set the PSI to 30 (I have it in writing). When I verified when I got in the car the tires had not been rotated and the PSI were all the same as before the service. (picture attached) when I went back in and asked Robert, he went to check with the mechanic and he said nope! rotated the tires and PSI were all set to 30. Then I showed him the pictures. he said your dashboard sensors were wrong. so I went to Les Schwab to confirm each tire pressure. they were the same as the dashboard sensors. It makes me mad when you trust people to do the right thing and they lie. Now I don't know if my transmission fluid was even changed! lesson learned, stay away

Always a great experience with these guys. We use them for our fleet services. You have to love it when you're working with auto mechanics that you can just trust to leave your vehicles with and can trust what they call and suggest that you do to the vehicle afterwards. We have brought multiple vehicles here and will continue to bring our fleet here! Thanks Robert for taking such great care of us!

I brought my car into the shop a couple of days ago. There was a slight rattling going on from 1 mph to about 10 mph. They called me back and stated that the sound was coming from my "high pressure fuel pump". He said to replace it would be +$700. I thought...I don't know. I told him that it was my daughter's car and I would call him back to find out if she wanted to pay for it. He stated "do you want to call her now". I said that I would call him back. He called back 5 minutes later to say that the mechanic can take the old pump off, fix it and put it back on for $137. I asked if it would fix the issue. He said no guarantees but it should. Calls me back and said that they noticed some minor scratches in the shaft area and that the parts looked ok. I asked if they fixed the noise and he said no. And the cost would be $212! After going around with him he stated; wouldn't I want to know that the part was safe for my daughter? He essentially tried to make me feel bad for questioning why I questioned him. That was a very shady way of attempting to manipulate my questioning him. I go to pick the car up and ask him to explain what he actually "repaired". I was calm to the whole time. He again stated: wouldn't I want to know that the pump was safe for my daughter. I explained to him that if that were the case why not take my whole brake system apart and put it back together to make sure it's safe. The mechanic (who seemed like the boss) drove my car out and mentioned that he wanted to make sure that I was satisfied. I told him that it seemed as though once I inferred that I was not ok with the $700 replacement that they wanted to get me with something. They took off $21 dollars and wrote on the back of a card (free oil change). Thanks for nothing. Here was a chance of them getting a new customer and they blew it with charging me with labor that never was needed.$191 and no repair!I have been a member of Yelp for years and this is my first written complaint on the site. That's how bad this was!
