Jim was a Saint ... Literally! I was in town for only a couple of days, and needed to work, but my laptop wouldn't start. He allowed me to bring it in before he opened his shop and quickly assessed and showed me the cause. His price for this EXCELLENT SERVICE was amazingly affordable, too. We have God praises for him. Jim is amazing. I needed warranty work done on my custom gaming PC and he was very helpful. I needed a liquid cooler replaced, I received the part of the builder, but I did not know how to do it. Jim was fair, honest, and very fast. I dropped the PC off at around 11 AM, he was done by about 1 PM. Liquid cooler was installed perfectly. He's been in business for over 30 years for a reason, he's very good and honest.

Quite frankly, the best customer service experience I've received in forever from a retailer. No kidding Jim is a legend. He was knowledgeable, friendly, fast and super affordable. I trust him and his work. That's super important for anyone that has access to my pc and personal information. I could not recommend any business provider any higher. This is why small business is so important.
