Spoke with Patrick Rhinehart regarding obtaining commercial auto insurance. Very helpful, knew exactly what I needed. Also alerted me to an agent for home owners insurance (will be needed in June)

Very frustrated with this company. They were assigned to us after our insurance broker retired. We purchased a vehicle a week ago. I attempted to call the company to notify of new purchase and to remove the old vehicle, now a week later I still haven't heard back from them and I have left a message every day including Saturday. What else am I to do????

Very terrible service, difficult to get ahold of,too expensive, they are very desperate, can't get a straight answer, keep passing me to others, what am I paying for anyway?

Wonderful company. We used their services for business insurance for at least 15 years. Never any problems. Gary Canary was the last person I spoke with. He was helpful and friendly as the rest of the staff is. Highly recommend.
