These folks are exceptional in every way possible. First and foremost, they took in a specialty vehicle when many other shops would not. They were extremely thorough in their assessment, and very patient along the process as they worked with the insurance company as well as the manufacturer to determine total cost on parts.They will UNDOUBTEDLY take care of you, but especially when you're working with a complex case. Second time I have taken our BMW here, both times they have done exceptional work. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond by working on our car after closing to ensure a last-minute issue was taken care of. Highly recommend them!

I talked to George on a Thursday to inspect a car I wanted to buy & I live in FL. He accommodated a quick turnaround for the next day. Did a thorough & honest assessment. The car wasn't worth buying. I offered to pay the agreed upon price & HE WOULDN'T TAKE MY MONEY. WHAT! Only an incredibly nice person would do such a thing. This is the type person you should trust & have as your mechanic.
