I went in to pick up a NEW iPhone I ordered online. When I arrived it took about 10 minutes before they could even find my order. After they found my order, they had to find the phone. During another 10 minutes of waiting around, I received a text message from Verizon thanking me for picking up my NEW iPhone. I found this a little strange as I had not even seen the phone yet. Next, they bring out an iPhone box that is scuffed up, and place it on the table in front of me as if it’s mine. I grabbed the box to inspect it and in addition to the scuffs, I find out the box is not factory sealed. They tried playing it off as if it’s totally normal and stated they opened the box to show a previous customer the color of the phone. I clearly did not want an opened box phone, but since they put it in the system as picked up, they had to call Verizon and spend another 30 minutes canceling my entire order. I called the main Verizon line as soon as I left to make sure I wouldn’t be charged a restocking fee on a clearly opened box phone. The customer service rep was just as confused as to why this store would try disguising an opened box phone as a NEW phone. Now I have to wait for the store to send the phone to HQ before I can process another order.

Nick was extremely helpful and clear about our phone plan, and even guided us to the plan that best suits us. He was patient and hilarious. We switched over from T-mobile and Nick did majority of everything that needed to be switched over and what we had to do ourselves he gave us detailed instructions. He saved us from overpaying and made our lives simpler with better technology.
