drove in the middle of the night to get my daughter medicine, nothing else was open. This is supposed to be open 24 hours a day. It was closed from 130 until 530 last night. Not very dependable.

The night guy is rude and devoid of any humane instincts, I actually was in here prior to the night shift before, having purchased my goods, gas for my fellows and us using the restroom as we are working on state planned road work up the way and hardly anything is open late, the night shift guy locks the front door indicating 24hrs (but only to select customers he chooses) disallowing the use of the restroom for customers. Never visiting here again.

The clerk is a creep. He didnt ID me for my beer (im 32) and told me some line about how since i used my card i have to give him my name and phone number. I couldnt leave fast enough

This location is not that bad, but their trash cans near the pumps were so full it was disgusting. Aside from that, it looked like all their pumps were working and the convenience store attached was well stocked and pretty clean!

Locked outside at night. Waited 15 minutes and no one opened the door. At least put a sign up if you're going to take a break.

The AMPM In Mira Mesa, has the best workers. They are so fast at what they do. Makes getting gas a much more efficient experience when the young men running the Mira Mesa location are working.

Been coming here for ten years, always reliable. I work late hours and it's 24/7. Except in the last 10 days, three times the place is closed. Three times in the last two weeks, once at 01:30am, midnight and 10:30pm. What happened to 24/7? Last night had to go to another store which was way down on Garden road. No longer such a convenient store.

Had my dog at the Animal Emergency Clinic across the street waiting for hours to have a follow up have drainage tube removed. Asked them if I could use their restroom and they sent me to AM/PM across the street! I hate to use gas station restrooms! However this one was very clean. I feel like if the restroom is clean the rest of the store is clean! Bought some tea to keep me awake while I wait for my dog to be seen!

This store does not honor the This location does not honor the AMPM Scratch Power. They cheated my son and daughter out of free drinks from the app that they had won and they ended paying for it when it should had been FREE. My husband and I got mad so went back in and got a bunch of free items. When Chad said the app doesn't work, we just left the items on the counter and left.

AMPM has been my store for years, and the people here have been consistently NICE, as well as respectable and professional. Can't get better than this place in Poway.

The taller bald Clerk in the store was extremely rude and look like he was on drugs. No sense of customer service and even after I was trying to be nice to him he still was rude. Bad business!!
