Value village is a cool place to shop lots of options I always buy and donate stuff here the staff inside is so kind
BUT…. the older lady that receives the donations in the back she is so INCREDIBLY RUDE
They really should put a nicer more humble person back there it gives this great place such a bad look

Really ?? one burnt pot with a lid for 9:00. The other is also burnt with no lid and it is bent for$5 they should have been in the trash. They really need to get their prices under control. I love the store I've been shopping there for years and years. However, it's just not the same . Please look into this. Thank you

the boutique and store are always kept super tidy, staff is helpful and sweet, and prices are fair. always manage to dig out a hidden gem here.

Great store! The store is always clean! The staff is always friendly and helpful! Everything is priced fairy! I love to donate there knowing that their donations stay local! I also love that PSW helps their individuals develop work skills! Highly recommend!

Rude and dishonest!!I’ve already talked to you. You got the items back, didn’t refund my account, according to my bank, like you said you would and did. Wouldn’t give me a receipt, just said ( it’s been taking care of). I have nothing else to talk to you about!

not a wide variety of clothes, at least the kind i was looking for. the area where they kept the shoes reeked of smelly feet. the books were fairly cheap, and i didn't get to look at them, but they had a wide selection of vinyls and frames. my first visit was honestly terrible. there wasn't really a problem with the items, it was the workers. they were constantly yelling and rushing everyone out. it was 30 minutes before closing. the cashier was clearly new and had no idea what she was doing. she had to call who i think was the manager to help her with the prices and adding things up. the second visit wasn't any better. we tried getting there a earlier so that we weren't forced out again. this worker lady kept giving me weird looks, and the other ones just made me uncomfortable.

This place and THERE DONATIONS HAPPEN TO BEING RIDICULOUS. IF SOMETHING ISNT PRICED YOU CANT BUY IT , WHAT THE! AND IF DOES HAVE A PRICE OVERWHELMING. THIS PLACE WAS ONCE ONE IN A HANDFUL WE ALL LIKED TO SHOP AT BUT HERE LATELY IS A PLACE NOT WORTH SHOPPING AT. ITEMS THAT ARE DONATED SHOULD HAVE VERY LITTLE MARK UP NOT WHAT ONE THINKS THE PRICE SHOULD BE. ITS A SHAME THAT THIS PLACE IS LACKING WHAT DONATIONS MEAN AND FORGETS THAT ATE USED TO ITS MOST. LETTING ANY AMOUNT OF MONEY WALK OUT A PLACE OF DONATIONS IS ???????? AND NO VALUE IN USED STUFF IS WORTH MUCH BUT IS NEEDED AND FOR THIS PLACE TO ALLOW ONE WALK OUT EMPTY HANDED BECAUSE WANTS TO MAKE A MILLION OF A HAND DOWN IS SHAMEFUL. THANK YOU

Second hand store ...I don't know about that one...they charge more then the department stores...for idems that we all donate...there sellingfor more then what it cost new..the rest they cut up and throw it away...
