It's much better than going to the post office in our area. The UPS store has never given me a hassel and always answers my questions without making me feel bad. It's always clean and the staff is always friendly...unlike the post office.

The female employee's there this evening when I tried to send out a package were rude, unhelpful and argumentative. This is not the first time that a female employee has been rude there. I hate going in there!!
