Scammers. They charged my sister $211 said everything was included. Then asked for her card again, she asked why they needed her card. The worker said for an “activation fee”. My sister said you’re going to charge my card again? The worker said “just 75 or maybe I could do like $55”. Such a scam!! Don’t go to this store!!!

Went in this evening to get help filing claim for my daughters phone that wasnt working with insurance we pay for.. The lady tried to tell me it expired 3 months ago. We pay for insurance every month. She tried upselling us a phone and tablet. She refused to help file a claim saying we cannot do it. Called the phone number and guess what i was able to file a claim to get a new phone. Either she was dumb or trying to make a sale. Get it together lady. Super annoying sounds like she was in need to make sales.

Horrible customer service !!! These girls no nothing about the company they work for , there rude , gossiping continuously!! You have to interupt there chit chat between each other to get your service provided for ,they throw each other under the bus in front of costumer they are disrespectful I .8 am going to change phone company's so I don't have to deal with these girls running your business into the ground pathetic

The service has always been A GREAT HELP. The staff has always been able to answer my questions or find the answer WELL EXCEPT FOR ONE TIME. Now the fees Well that is DIFFERENT. THE AUTHORIZED STORE THAT CHARGES A FEE TO COLLECT A PAYMENT IS WHAT ID SAY DECEPTIVE FOR AUTHORIZED STORES PER SAY DONT CHARGE THE PAYMENT COLLECTION FEE YET DO. THEN FOR THE FEE TO BE FOUR DOLLARS TO RECEIVE YOUR PAYMENT IS SICK. THE FEE HAPPY STORE IS NOT VERY APPRECIATIVE THAT YOU GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS SO THEY CHARGE FEES THAT ARE RIDICULOUS. BUT THEN ITS US RIDICULOUS PEOPLE THAT GIVE THE STORE THE BUSINESS TO CHARGE THE FEES. NEED MORE OF A SELECTION AND CHEAPER PRICES FOR UP GRADES WHERES THE THANK YOU FOR YOUR BUSINESS FROM THE COMPANY?? ALL THE FEES ARE NOT PAYING FOR THE LOCATION OR BIG STORE THATS THE REAL ON THAT. GET IT TOGETHER METRO AND SHOW SOME APPRECIATION DROP THE PAYMENT FEE ALREADY OR OPEN AUTHORIZED DEALERSHIP THAT DON'T THAT DON'T CHARGE FEES BECAUSE WE DONT LIKE HAVING TO PAY FOR GIVING YOU MY BUSINESS. I CAN SEE IF I BROUGHT A PHONE NOT FROM METRO AND GOTTEN SERVICE FROM YOU BUT NOT TO PAY MY COMPANY TO TAKE MY PAYMENT, WHAT THE! And having to ask to have what comes in my plan activated really is non customer service like. I should have what comes with the service I pay for and a fee for. Still this place is OK.
