“We were there today as new customers and bought two new phones. We were helped by Josilyn. She was courteous, efficient and competent. She answered 98% of our many questions from memory. She tried to do some upselling, of course, but wasn't pushy about it, at all.They had some communication issues when porting our numbers, but I can't speculate where the fault was. My previous provider had to be called up and prodded to release the numbers, though. Josilyn was more patient with them than I would have been: a little frown, but still very professional with them. Very good experience.”
