My 9 year old has been taking art lessons with Mrs. Fey for almost a year so I asked her for a review of the studio. Here is what she had to say “ Hello are you looking for an art class to attend? Well I could tell you the one I go to,just might be the one!in this art class it is all ages and if your not sure if it’s right you can get a free try out. Here in this art class you can learn how to paint,draw,blend,and do techniques!You could also make cards and paint a painting as a gift with the card! When you come in there ready to do some art but don’t know what to do? Well she will give you options but if you don’t like any of them she has these beautiful books with beautiful photos you could paint or draw but if your looking for something specific well she has these iPads that you could choose from but if it’s not on there you could tell her and she could search it up!Also every once in a while she does donations to places so she could help people I went to one and bought a beautiful painting!Im also glad I helped!also after the class she gives you optional candy just one though

Our kids have been studying art with Ms. Fay for a couple of years, they have learned so much and love it so much! Ms. Fay is very talented, patient and loving. She teaches students all ages and would highly recommend!

My daughter has been taking art classes with Ms Fay for over two years and she has improved a lot!!!!! Ms Fay is so patient with kids, and she lets the kids to choose what they want to draw and then she suggests what kinds of materials to be used would bring out the best reflect. My daughter has tried canvas painting, color penciled drawings, water color, charcoal drawings, comic, whatever you can name it! She always brings surprises home with the masterpieces she completed from the lessons. Ms Fay would even prepare kids to take AP in art classes for high school.

Faye is absolutely great with my daughter! She is very informative, carefully reviews my daughters work, and constructively helps with developing her skills. Her studio is clean and organized, and she is extremely flexible. Highly recommend!

My kids have been coming to Fay now for 2years. Milan age 10 & Mark age 12. They really enjoy & learn a lot from Fay.. It helps them bring out their creativity and talent My son wants to be a architect in the future. Fay works well with my kids and the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend Creative Minds Art Studio to my friends & family. Love it!!

Very nice place! Definitely creative people work there! We had birthday party in this studio and we got a lot of fun !! Kids were happy with ceramic painting , singing and dancing! Very joyful time !! The stuff s freandly and proffecional! Thanks a lot!

My 7-yr old son takes weekly art lessons from the owner/teacher, Fay, and she is fantastic. We wanted to build a portfolio for a gifted program, so we first tried KidsArt in Northridge, which is a great company, but too structured for my son. I found Fay online and she is wonderful with kids of all ages and was able to make an instant connection with my son. She talks to him and takes whatever he is interested in (i.e. monsters/animals) and creatively works in traditional art techniques. She gives him such creative freedom and yet the entire time, she is teaching him valuable skills (including understanding how light and reflections can alter colors and all about primary colors and mixing colors). Fay is kind, fun, attentive and a very talented artist and educator. Her prices cannot be beat, especially for her 90-min. classes. This is my son's happy place. :)

Love this place! I switched from another art studio to this one and Ms. Fay is so great, I have learned so much from her while enjoying her every class. She teaches different mediums and works with everyone's interests, making sure to give individual attention while still working with a group.

Love this place my daughter's been going a little over 6 months she loves her art teacher Fay. She's very friendly, kind, and sweet. I love the fact that all the kids are free to explore their artistic creativity at their own pace. Fay accommodates hours for working parents.

Meet Fay today for my daughters attempt on attending her first art studio class!! I'm so excited for her but meeting the teacher first is wonderful and her getting to know the different styles she teaches was amazing!! She will be starting soon for the month of July . So glad i found her on yelp and very close to my home :) Try out this studio and her helpful tips for young students

My favorite art classes to go to!The instructor is very understanding and pushes students to reach their artistic potential. If students want to attempt a specific piece that may be a little advanced with them, she works carefully to teach them how to achieve their desired work of art. I didn't think it was possible to paint such a beautiful work of art, but she proved that with time and technique, it was indeed possible. She also has snacks available in case students need a pick me up.
