My husband stoped buy to get some groceries after his visit at Ross.He had gotten a suitcase which was Tommy Hilfiger. There was a very rude and disrespectful Asian women making him pull up a pass transaction and even got the manger who told her they don’t even sell that brand of suitcases there. Then after she didn’t ring his stuff up the correct way he tapped his card and it never took his money out and she proceeded to say it declined maybe it’s from that suitcase you just bought.Very rude , disrespectful ,unprofessional and it felt like he was targeted.

Customer service: 5Cleanliness: 5Affordability: 5Location: 5We stopped by Port Hueneme NEX this morning while we were visiting the Naval base. The customer service was excellent and very professional. The exchange has a huge parking lot, and very affordable prices. This NEX location has a wide selection of clothing for adults and children of all ages.Great variety for all, I did purchase a few things.Tip: If you love Sees Candy great place to purchase, large box for $26!

This is quite possibly the worst exchange I've ever been to. It's not the fault of the staff; I've probably only encountered 2 grumpy employees out of the huge # of staff that work there. The issues are that you simply can't shop there in the summer because they, for some reason, won't fix the ac so it actually cools off the store. It's literally so hot in there that you feel like you're going to pass out. I've literally had to walk out with nothing before because I was getting too sick from the heat to get what I came for and most other base residents say they don't even go in there in the summer. The other issue is that they never get restocked. Because they never get restocked, no one can buy the products, and because no one can buy the products, the computer thinks there's no reason to restock because no one's buying it anyway. It's the dumbest situation you can imagine in retail. The NEX is located right next to base housing and the barracks, so it's mostly frequented by enlisted personnel. However, what they do stock is not aimed at enlisted and their families. Ex: they, for some nonsensical reason, got rid of all the normal purse brands you can afford on an enlisted income (like Kipling) and only stock purses no one can afford except high ranking officer's wives (like Coach). Then they tell you no one's buying the purses they have so they can't expand their offerings. Yeah, because you're not selling purses anyone can afford. They don't stock basic first aid supplies like saline wound wash, they'll be sold out of Purina Kitten Chow for several months, they don't carry typical accessories for the current main Samsung models... normal things you find at normal places on and off base. On top of all that, they have the most limited hours I've ever seen at an exchange. It's beyond bizarre and so disappointing.

Nice clean store. Prices are a little high, mainly because clothing is designer brands. Not much selection for affordable clothing.I cannot believe that the NEX at the home of the west coast Seabees does not sale Seabee merchandise. There is more Marine apparel here that there is Seabee apparel. Seams like a missed opportunity since the museum stop selling merchandise.

Great deals, but that's what service members and veterans deserve. The biggest drawback to this location are the employees attitudes!More than half are either rude or have no people skills.Anotherwords they completely lacking in "Soft Skill."They kinda act like they're doing you a favor just being there.

I've placed 3 different online pick up orders here to this location. They've canceled items left and right, saying the item isn't in stock. The very last pick up order, they canceled ALL of the items and I just couldn't believe it since online said there were MULTIPLES in stock. When we went in to the location to check it out, we can see a majority of the shelves are un organized. Even with that, we were able to find the items we ordered within minutes, just by searching. To make matters worse, when we tried to purchase an item for the price shown online at the official NEX website, they would not honor it, said they are only going to honor the price shown on the tag in store. Seems to me that either someone is being lazy and not actually trying to gather the pick up items or the location is trying to keep as much money as they can since they don't want to honor the sales and prices online. Very disappointed in this location, I hope there is positive improvement to their service in the future.

We went to this place a few years ago and we went to Panda Express and Nathan's Hot dogs and we would get a waffle iron and I still go to the Navy exchange today and we get to look at the furniture and I got a swimming pool tube

Growing up a Navy brat, the Exchange was my Walmart. Sad to see online shopping making brick and mortars go away.
