The worst customer service and management of any retail store or pharmacy I've ever experienced. I'd been a decades long CVS customer, but after consistently rude and apathetic customer service at this store for many years, I finally moved all my Rxs elsewhere. Just ran into this store today and nothing has changed. Rude cashier who clearly hates his job.

This store location #9286 has the worst customer service. I rang the help button to be assisted with a locked item, and waited 10 mins. I rang it again and no one responded. I looked in the ìsle over and there were two employees who didn't make any attempt to help. I put my items and left the store. This isn't the first time I've received bad service. The cashiers always act like they are being bothered when checking out customers. Never again, Rite Aid will be my go to.

Five star review is for the customer service ONLY! Specifically Denise, who was maybe a manager???, anyways - she was super nice, helpful, and informative. (My receipt says Hannah but I truly remember her saying Denise) I needed help getting something out of a locked case and she was the first person I saw. Even though she was actively restocking, she graciously helped me very quickly. She then told me about CVS' RED card and the benefits of it and whatnot and wasn't pushy to get me to sign up. All in all - s/o to Denise ... Thank you! (As for the store, I don't go often to properly rate it)

CVS you need to do better! I bought a gift card for my mom and It had already been used. I read up on this and it happens all the time at cvs. Maybe you should start locking up your gift cards.

Sadly, I can't give ZERO stars so, unfortunately, I have to give one-star. Totally undeserving! I can't believe that a pharmacy manager, store manager, district manager, or the corporate hierarchy of CVS wouldn't be concerned about the absolutely DISMAL Yelp reviews on this site. *** Question: If any of you in CVS management owned your OWN business, would you be proud of these reviews? The guy at the counter has attitude issues. I bought just a couple of items and paid for them, which took less than 20 seconds. Then I asked him if I can put money on the card, which would take only a little longer. He told me to go make a line AGAIN. I don't know if it's new standard practice, but no other person in CVS anywhere else sent me back to make another line after I already stood in line. Needless to say, I just left the store without making the line again, and I highly doubt that I will be shopping in this store in the future. The problem is not the extra five minutes standing in line, I don't have a problem with that. It's the attitude of the employee, and I don't want to run into that person ever again if I go to that specific store.

I was at this location and I was trying to find an item. It took me at least seven minutes to find somebody to help me instead of helping me she pointed to the item. I still couldn't find the item then I asked for the manager the manager came up to me, she didn't even apologize for her employee. She listen to my complaint and walked away .Where is the customer service these days. Then you wonder why these stores are closing. Please do better.

Don't need something like. Conditioner. It's locked. 30 min later I gave up. I asked workers and pushed the customer service button and no luck. Easier to go to target

This used to be my favorite CVS, I have always used this as my pharmacy. now going to change, since i came to pick up my prescriptions, i needed the rest room, they said it's not open to public anymore because of vandalism of bathroom's, so us regular trustworthy customers suffer because of these idiots!!!!

We went here to the pharmacy but we're looking at stuff before we got there. Workers were asking us if we needed anything. Even being polite to my 13 year old daughter. I appreciated that. Then the pharmacy staff was very polite with there greetings. Thank u CVS
