I had a doctor's appointment in Pomona and needed an ATM nearby. The bank is very unorganized. I will NEVER be coming back to this location.

Went to Wells Fargo atm and had a brinks driver jump out while I was in line and tell me and another person we could not use the machine for 30 minutes? I told him I was already here when you pulled up? Don't you think it would be easier for you to wait your turn and not inconvenience us? His answer was so? Super rude and disrespectful. Absolutely horrible service!!!! I can't wait to tell all my friends and family to close out their accts. I went in at 9:42am to get a voided check for direct deposit. I patiently waited in line outside for 20min and inside for about 10 min. There was 4 employees walking around and yet no one came up to me and asked what I was there for. Once I was inside I asked manager Karina if there was any more windows available since they only had 2 at the time, or if someone else could just print out a voided check for me. She rudely responded as if I was bothering her, she said we have three windows open and they are all bankers and we are HIRING BY THE WAY!!!!. I did not expect that from a manager especially at Wells Fargo regardless of the location. The lady behind me even heard and she said," what a bitchy attitude she had." I understand covid is making this job more stressful and they are doing the best they can. However an attitude is not needed if she hated her job so bad why doesn't she quit or stay home. I know Wells Fargo isn't going to hold her accountable so I will take it upon myself to put it on every social media platform and make sure every person I come in contact with knows the type of service you get from Manager Karina at Pomona on Holt Blvd. KARINA IF YOU READ THIS YOU NEED TO DO BETTER AND BE BETTER.

This is my hometown Bank. Through the COVID-19 Pandemic they have done all the could to keep customers safe and provide great customer service. I appreciate all the hard work that they do. Flor Rodriguez is one of the Best Bankers at the branch. She always goes the extra mile when I need help. I highly recommend you seek her out if you visit the branch.

This is the worst Wells Fargo bank I never went to. The line is extremely long and wait time is crazy. Five or six people coming out and security is not ever letting one people in. I really don't know how they count the people, if you come to this location BE PREPARED TO WAIT FOR MORE THAN 30 MINUTES.

It is 99 degrees and there is no shade out here. I have been standing out here for more than 1 hour. The least management can do is provide shade for the customers . The bankers work so slow here. Bank staff walking to the gas station to buy refreshments to keep fresh when they are inside. Imagine how we feel as customers standing here in the hot sun for hours with no shade. My five year old is thirsty and I cant leave the line because I will lose my place. This is inhuman to your customers. I will be changing my bank after this.

This place needs new management ASAP. I understand Covid protocols but They definitely shouldn't be open if they can't handle it. Idk if they are understaffed or poorly trained. I've been to 3 other Wells Fargo banks this week. This was only one that took 30 plus minutes. Almost seemed disrespectful to the people of Pomona they don't treat people in other cities like this.

Worst bank service, is ok to make a line and wait for your turn but went you have to wait 45 minutes under the sun be prepared with cold water and if possible take an umbrella because they don't care that you are old, if at least they put some tents on the parking lot and more tellers they can improve there service, I don't like this bank I rate them with one star because can't put 0.

I came here last week to deposit a monthly income check. Normally, my income is deposited direct deposit but during this pandemic the company who manages our payments elected to send checks via mail. When I arrive to deposit the check, I was told that because it was issued from a different bank and because it was a large amount it would be at least 2 weeks before receiving the full amount. Seriously?! During a pandemic when times are already hard? Mind you, a co-worker deposited their check at a different Wells Fargo location- same amount, issued from same back- and their funds were available the SAME DAY! It pains me that this location profiled me and now I will not have my full funds available for another week. And for what reason? I will never use the location again, I am so disappointed in how they've treated a customer for almost 5 years during a national crisis. I've tried calling multiple times and the phones just ring for hours. Save your time and go to another location.

Zero stars. This bank stinks. Not only was my son scammed and this bank did nothing about it. But the worst part is they are not taking the proper precautions with Covid-19 They should shut this bank down in the meantime.

No complaints about customer service.... but it is ALWAYS slow AF here. Gotta wait 20 minutes minimum every time but they'll have like 4 or 5 tellers at the windows... this is the only Wells Fargo near me but also the slowest of all the Wells Fargo banks I've ever been to.
