The worse experience I ever had in the past 11 years with usbank.An employee who take care of me was very rude and refused to take my deposits after she already run the cash on the machine. The reason she said because I yelled at her and she lied about this an unprofessional branch manager there.I yelled to explain louder before she said she couldn’t and kept asking me. Which was turn out that I yelled at her and became the reason why she refused my deposit.Then a branch manager took over the matter and bring me to wait with another teller while the lady who helped me do nothing. The manager was already afraid to ask his stuffs to finish up the transaction. I couldn’t even believe that. I run my business too but I don’t how does the branch leader let his stuff being rude to customers like this.I normally never really give much feedback on usbank but this time was very out of hand.I called to customer service to provide feedback for the improvements. I am not sure if the customer service lady on phone really had submit the feedback.I spent time writing this, hopefully the person who read this will take take this a bit serious. Not to fire anyone but to improve for the better branch experience.Thanks

28 mins is not an an acceptable amount of time too wait for a teller when there are three other people within the building not assisting others. I try to go to every any other branch even sometimes I drive miles out of my way not to have to go to this branch and you should too.

Worse bank ever. I had gotten a bank account with them and they served me for 2 years straight and it was good. Had a saving account with money it about $4000 before the pandemic hit. I ended up losing my job and by the 3 month of getting let go my account get frozen with no access to my account! So I go to a teller and she tells me I need to reapply for a bank account! It's been 2 years and I have not been about to get my money! All they tell me is that I need to apply for a new bank account and every time I do I get a notification saying I get declined for an account! I don't know who to talk too about this! Is there a way of suing them for keeping people money??? This is not a good bank. I also noticed that there locations of there banks are all closed. This is BS US bank! Your nothing but trash and ima find every plat form to give you guys a bad review till I'm some one helps me get my money!!!!!

This U.S. BANK is a joke, 3 ladies behind the counter, only one helping a customer, and the other two, just having a nice little talk, and 7 people waiting, not only they are lazy, they're very rude too, please have someone show this ladies what is customer service, or else, get rid of them, I'll never will go back to that brunch ????

I hate how they always have one teller. There’s always a long line when I go and their atm machine never lets me deposit anything which leads me to have to wait inside the line. The employees take their time chatting with customers, I get it. it’s customer services but keep it moving when you see a long line!

This branch is completely unprofessional and unorganized. The bankers seem confused, and they wanted me to provide them with sensitive information about a business account 2 feet away from the tellers line. The most unprofessional bank I’ve ever been in.

Very very bad service in the Pomona branch, they don't have enough tellers, there ATM Is ALWAYs out of order those people are never organize every time I go there the SERVICE is BAD, I was there for 45 mins and all I wanted to do is make a withdrawal and I was standing in line for the longest time, it was bad service in that branch on Pomona, and they act like they don't care, you would think they would say (be right with you) and that's not the only time it happened, last time no teller was there so I went to another branch, they NEED TO IMPROVE THERE SERVICE!!!!??? I might just go to another bank.

The staff here is extremely racist, please educate your staff. I was sent around in circles (and to multiple U.S. bank locations, I might add) for a basic transaction. If you are incapable of handling situations such as this one you shouldn't be in this industry. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and will ensure that my family and friends who bank at this location (and other U.S. bank branches) are notified of what has happened. I don't appreciate being treated the way that I was in the past few days. You don't offer any incentives to keep my business hereafter--as a consumer, I have the power to take my business elsewhere and notify my 30k followers of this incident.
