I have been struggling to find a place to assist me in the services I need for my 2020 BMW. After multiple attempts to find a good quality place by my area, a friend of mine advised me to look into Taylor Co. Auto. So many other shops and businesses told me they couldn't align my vehicle, so i didn't know what to expect when looking into this business. Kaitlin and Brian were the first ones I touched base with and with no hesitation said they can do it, and to bring my car in. In doing so, I was so impressed with the customer service, great care, and time they provided. Price was reasonable and my experience was so pleasant that it made me entire week! 100% recommend Taylor Co. Auto to anyone and everyone! Never going anywhere else to get my car serviced.

I live locally and really wanted to like this place. Ownership changed and they got a paint job and new branding while Ive coming here. Unfortunately, the cost is very high, higher than the dealership, and the owner will attest to that. While they are professional and advanced with their text and approval for service system, I just can't bring myself to pay the extra. I was told they offer rental or Uber service if they keep your car but that was only told to me when I complained. Ive brought my cars(3) several times and have never been offered a ride. They also wash your car, which is a nice touch, but again for the actual service to be overpriced, I can't bring myself to justify it. Just a battery replacement alone cost $200 where I can go to an auto parts store and they'll install it for me free of charge. Some would prefer not to, but I will. But Staff is very nice.

Came to get my car diagnosed for a random whine I've been hearing, the "master technician" kept saying it's normal & then proceeds to bash me with car parts manufacturers I shouldn't buy from.

Shame on you, Taylor. It pains me that your company, (post Chuck's retirement), is not fairly priced. This struggling single mom will let this attached estimate photo stand for itself. To charge $1,200 plus $175 diagnostic to replace an AC blower motor is utterly criminal. You've lost my trust. I hope this review helps Taylor + their customers to see that treating longtime customers this way is bad karma and terrible business. If you're a mechanic or know anything about how simple it is to buy and replace a blower motor, I'm sure your mouth will drop. So sad. I walked across the street to a fair mechanic who fixed the blower in less than 15 minutes for $270. My allegiance now belongs to him. Do better, Taylor.

Taylor Co.is not the same since the owner stepped away from operations. Took my vehicle to Taylor Co. due to an oil leak and check engine light, almost $3k later -- I still have an oil leak and I was advised to take my vehicle to a dealership to seek further leak repairs. What's worst was the service advisor who provided little assistanve and thought she knew all about BMWs.... I have 4 aging BMWs that require regular maintenance -- they will not be going back to Taylor Co.

I've been using Taylor Co Automotive for several years now and have been perfectly satisfied with their service. But! I went last month for my oil change and let me tell you, they have really stepped up their game! They surprised me with a free Uber ride home and they sent another Uber to pick me up when my car was ready! AND! They washed my car for me! What?! And yesterday, I got a hand written thank you card in the mail! Who does that?! Taylor Co Automotive, that's who!

The people that work here take being a stereotypical, POS mechanic to another level. I took my car here because it was overheating and the engine light had been coming on. They charged me $270 for some diagnostics, and to put in a new fan belt. After I got my car back it started doing the exact same thing with the over heating and the engine light, I took it back to them, and they told me I needed a new engine which they wound do for $8,000. I took it to another mechanic for a second opinion, and it turns out they didn't even put in the fan belt it needed, and which I paid them to do. The second mechanic put in the belt, and the problem is solved They were gonna take my 8K put in the belt and say they replaced my engine. These are a special kind of a$$hole Stay away.

Excellent service, clear and transparent estimates, clear and honest communication, great pricing and time efficient. Hands down the best shop I've been too. I will be back for the foreseeable future!!!!

My only complaint are the cost. When I come in, I spend quite a bit more than I did at my last german auto repair. HOWEVER, their service really is top notch. Kaetlyn is by far the best employee there. she remembers her customers over the phone. Knows our car etc. She makes sure you are taken care of. Additionally, the service department has you in and out and I trust their work. I don't ever worry about any shady dealings with their finished results.

When I first used Taylor, they were an exceptional shop, but after two management changes and a significant lowering of their service, labor, and part selection, I will never use them again.
