Katlyn was super rude, she had an attitude. Went to return scissors that were left handed I do not have good eye sight and she made me feel stupid. She said that I should have read it and it was my fault, she could have told me that it was left handed. Then she said that she didn’t know I was going to use it to cut. I got a warranty then when I checked the receipt there was no visible ink. I could not upload the receipt for my warranty so I told her, and she responded “well that’s why I wrote the store”. She also said “what do you want to do about it” I’ve been going there for so many years, I will not be returning

I just went into Sally Beauty in Philips RanchI asked for assistance with a product. The sales person named Vivane refused to sell me a product because I asked her about my curl pattern and explained heavier products weigh my hair down. She seemed to become offended and I told her as a customer she should not refer to products as stuff. From that point it went downhill. She made it clear to me she won many awards for customer service and stated she would not sell the product to me. I asked for the manager and Vivian said come back the manager is here. Asked for the Manager's name and finally she told me Elva. She warned me there is video and cameras. I told her I am not yelling screaming cursing or threatening. I used a normal tone of voice and she said I don't like your attitude. I hope Elva recognizes that Vivane is inappropriate when a customer is simply asking a question about an African American product. I read previous reviews but thought the reviews were one-sided. The manager witnessed wise to review store footage of sales associate at the Philips Ranch location.

Do not hire people who only know products that work for their own hair or what they've seen online. This store is the worst. Go to the one on grand. Workers are way better lmao

Vivian was such a pleasure to speak to today!! She's the color expert and I recommend that you ask for her if you have any questions pertaining to color. She knows her stuff!!! She helped me select the perfect shampoo for bleaching my hair from black to blonde. Great customer service!! Thank you again for all your help!!

Well I tried to get help with hair colors just wanted to match the shades in my hair but the employee was of no help didn't seem intrested in helping and even asked if I understood what she was saying making me feel like I was stupid.She was short chunky dark long hair. I didn't pick up good vibes from her. I'll be going to Chino hills Sally from now on.

Came here once during the pandemic looking for some decent hair products. My curly hair was going thru some changes, so when I asked the employee if they had any hair products for nappy hair like mine, she said “no” and to look somewhere else. Horrible customer service, will be taking my money and business elsewhere. So much for a beauty supply store.

it's nice and all, but it's nothing new. it's a bit plain and a bore to look through. not sure about other locations, but this place has a random beeping sound which is irritating.

I went in to return stuff that I bought few months ago. I couldn't return it at the time, because Sally's wasn't according returns due to covid. However, on the website, they said that returns after 60 days are accepted. I went into this Sally's and the lady straight up said I can only do exchange. No return, no store credit. Idk her name but she was an old lady with thick thick brows. I went to Chino location afterwards and they gladly returned my money. These people at Pomona location idk what kind of lazy people they are but they don't know what they are doing at all.
