“Never judge a book by its cover! From the outside, this place looks rather dingy and maybe even a little shady, but the couple who manages this operation are super kind and trustworthy. They offer a wide variety of mailing services and partner with all of the major carriers, which is convenient. I came here to mail out a package via FedEx, which was super fast and easy. I was somewhat concerned because the woman noted they don't scan packages for tracking until FedEx actually arrives to do pickup, but I took a picture of the tracking label for my own purposes and later saw the item in transit shortly after 4pm as promised. Just be aware that they don't have the immediate weighing, scanning and tracking that they would if you went to an authorized store since they are more of an independent third party. Nonetheless, I can appreciate a smaller operation and am happy to know this place exists!”
“My 4-year-old son chose this school accidentally. At the beginning, I wanted him to exercise because he was naughty and I also hoped that the teacher could take good care of him. However, after half a year of study, he has passed the Orange Belt exam, and His concentration has improved a lot. From being unable to stand at the beginning, he can now control himself very well. I am really grateful to the coach for educating and guiding him. He thrives in a strict but happy and cohesive environment.”
“This location has plenty of parking, so easy to in and out. Also the staff that helped me was so nice, she answering my question nicely. I was in and out aboit 5 mints. “Ive been in and been visiting this post office for 15 years strong. Never have I experienced any issues with US MAIL, nor anything needed, when shipping packages to Friends and Family members. The postal team in here also are very helpful and benevolent to customers needs, a very pleasant place, that I love visiting. “It was good 3window clerks. Long lines. The window clerk that was helping me had to close her window, because her machine was acting up. So I was helped buy another clerk after she finished with her customer. Then I had stamps from 2006 I asked did they have any 1 cents stamps she said at least there office didn't have any. She asked me if I wanted to use my stamps to put on my package. If so I would have to get out of the line and do so. She told me the price for Priority. Was 9.00 my stamps were 29 cents, 39cents and up. After having to wait because the teller I went to machine broke down . And move to another window. There was no way I was getting out of that line. I know things happen.”
“It was packed eight minutes before closing. There was 14 people all with packages. I had three. A couple people had a lot of questions and needed guidance. The postal workers were very patient and accommodating and friendly and knowledgeable and they actually got all of us out of there happily without having to go past 5:00pm. WOW! They are ? good. Thank you Ontario Post Office. Way to go.”

“I see a lot of 1 star ratings for this location. I’d like to chime in with a 5 star for their post office especially. I am an online seller, and I have shipped over 30 packages with this location. Every single one has been delivered on time to the correct address. This location is also more feasible for me as I live near the mountain, and this is the closest option. I package and print/tape my mailing slips ahead of time, and I don’t mind if I’m out of ink, as each mailing slip printed at their location is one dollar, which is more affordable at times then a $30 ink cartridge. I have also had nothing but great service.”

“Surprisingly efficient! I came here to have my fingerprints taken. It was lunchtime and holiday season so the office was quite busy. The postal workers were efficient, kind, and helpful. One worker (Asian man) was making sure everyone in line was taken care of and had their questions answered. I can tell they were doing their best to serve everyone :)”
“I don't know why this post office gets such bad reviews. Maybe they've had problems in the past, but the customer service staff in place now is always helpful, kind and professional. I'm usually there a few times a month for various types of mail services and I've never had a problem. Sometimes they get really busy depending on the time day or holiday season, but I either use the kiosk during those times or just try again a different day.”
“I apply a new passport for my newborn baby, and the Asian woman I met was really professional and patient in helping us to change post mail service, and copy birth certificate. And instruct us what we don't understand. Good Experience.”

“I dropped by my local United States, postal service, to buy a money order. The service was excellent Saul and his coworkers were very courteous and professional. I was out of there, in no time. This is where I do all my postal services, and even though there may be a long line at times, I am satisfied.They have everything you may need to delivery, receive or buy for your postal needs. The building itself seems a little worn down. I think it needs a facelift for some kind of remodeling. There’s plenty of parking with the handicap stalls right at the entrance.The USPS office is located in the Rowland Plaza.”
