I’ve have been coming to Jackson Hewitt for the last 3 years. I come specifically for Tax preparer Parvati Shahi-Bista. She is well-informed, patient, and always makes sure to explain everything. I have even followed her to different locations because I don’t want to go to anyone else! She’s awesome.

Doing my taxes at Jackson Hewitt was a good experience overall. The person who helped me file my taxes at the Pomona location was Fatima.
