My friend had applied here and was put through 2 interviews over the course of 6 weeks, constantly having to call because they could never be bothered to pick up the phone. Was denied after being dodged on the phone for like a week because even though they had basically told him he was a great fit, apparently now they just didn't think the job was right for him. The manager couldn't even do his job and would hand the phone to another employee. The employee who was handed the phone by the manager was incredibly kind and was the only positive thing that came out of that entire store in the last couple weeks. All we know is we're never shopping there again and maybe that manager should retake a training course or something because I don't think that deterring customers from your store is the objective.

The management has changed around multiple times within 2023 and the place is terrible now because of it. This use to be the GameStop where they actually pick up the phone to help you out, but now you can't even get help when you go in.

Indicates that they will be back at 1pm. Come back to store at 2pm and states that they are close even though signs says they are close at 7pm and they have their sign saying open.

There hours are all over the place! On GameStop Website it states 10am on yelp it states 11am and on their store it says 12pm! I even called the night before and asked if I could come by in the morning and they said it was okay! Come on! You should've told me, oh sorry we don't open in the morning but at NOON! Wasted 30mins and 20miles ONE WAY to come and pick up something I needed that was only at this GameStop.

Super disappointed during my last visit. There was a B1G1 sale being promoted, but I was having trouble navigating the website to narrow down switch games that were included.I went in, 3 employees, 1 other customer being helped at the register, so I went over to the switch game section. Couldn't really see anything being advertised so, I waited and looked around until the customer at the register was done.After that, they staff at the register, greeted me and asked if they could help. I mentioned the B1G1 and none of the staff seemed to know what I was talking about. I had to pull out my phone and show them the website showing a few games at B1G1 and even gaming news articles about it and still, nothing.Then, one of the staff mentioned that they had a sheet of all the games that were part of it, but someone threw it away. After that, the other 2 staff just leaned and stared at their phones.So, to try even more, I just asked if they could look up which first party switch games were part of the B1G1 and the staff member paused, looking confused, and replied "What do you mean by first party games?". I explained that it was anything published by Nintendo and then they went down a list of irrelevant RPG's and indie games. At that point, I just said thanks anyway, and left the shop. This was a couple weeks ago. This is my neighborhood GameStop and I don't remember that staff being clueless in a video game store.

I would not recommend this location based on how the manager treated my son and me, we walked in no greeting from him, he proceeded to speak on the phone without acknowledging us, mind you we was the only people in the store, we waited for 8 mins he didn't say "oh I'll be right with you, or sorry for the wait". I asked if someone else was here and he gestured for us to walk over while him being on the phone.... I told him we will wait....due to use doing a big purchase I needed him to look up pricing online. He got off the phone and I told him that he was being rude not acknowledging us and he told us we can leave or stay... just unapologetic having us wait, out of the three years coming to this location I have never been treated like that but yet the manager was rude and disrespectful to a paying customer....I will not be shopping at the location again I will take my business else where that is why they only have 3 stars now, you dont treat customers any kind of way, then he made an excuse that he was running 2 stores, I could care less, I care about how you just treated us.

Helpful staff both rose and Selena (I think) helps me out with my return and purchase of a new controller, I felt super welcomed and they were fun to interact with and I felt that helps me with everything I needed very well
