I'm just going to state the facts from my end and perspective. I brought one of our vehicles on April 14th for replacement of the steering wheel rack and wheel lock removal. I didn't receive my car until May 14th (a whole 4-weeks after the fact). Below are some of issues or inconveniences that occurred: -this place only takes CASH upfront -in the 4-weeks, I was the one usually communicating and reaching out to find out the status (I was extremely patient and polite in every conversation and wasn't calling constantly. However, I would reach out at least once a week because I rarely heard from them. I believe I received a couple texts, too just to communicate they were having issues) -I would call and leave message with Jose for Kevin, but he didn't return my call -issues with putting my car on a lift because they didn't have any available -told me one thing by Jose, but Kevin would tell me something else and/or when I'd drop by I realized what they claimed wasn't true -part ordered incorrectly -part redelivered and something about not have techs to work on it Was the work done? Yes. Was it done in a timely manner? No. Did they provide an itemized document of part(s) and labor? No. Just receipt with work done and part installed, but not detailed prices and labor costs. Once vehicle was on my property and I was more calm, I noticed that the rear passenger flare has a huge white scuff mark. That's my fault for not doing a more thorough inspection on vehicle before I left their shop. I was please with the work they did the 1st time around when I took the vehicle, but this second time around was the complete opposite.

Very honest people, quality repairs/work do recommend. Good pricing on repairs and state all damages and show it after or before repairs are done. Have gone here for plenty of years with a couple of my 3 series as well as my older brother. Great maintenance is done by these guys.

I URGE YOU TO RUN AWAY!! I never write reviews but I found it crucial to warn other patrons of incredibly unprofessional behavior and unexpected thievery.I received a quote as a walk-in of $2600, for my ‘96 BMW 328i, for unknown repairs. Known repairs were; broken key in ignition, broken shifter (I broke by trying to unlock the steering, turns out I’m not a mechanic lol. None of which is relevant but I am sure they will mention this in their reply, much like they mentioned my expired tags as part of the diagnosis. That diagnosis probably came out to $100 as it requires a lot of man-hours hahaha!).I was told to go pay my balance of $1600 on Saturday but I was unable to make it since banks close early. My schedule did not allow me to go until today at 2:00pm. At arrival I spoke with Manuel, who asked if I brought the money, to which I replied yes. He then walked me to the office where I encountered the lovely Jose. Jose provided me with the blank invoice (since repairs were then unknown) that I had previously signed when dropping off my car. I requested an itemized invoice, at which point I was met with anger. No idea why, this is not an unreasonable request. It seemed as if they were accustomed to receiving complaints and although I wasn’t even there to complain, they seemed determined to turn me into an unhappy customer. Manuel, the alleged mechanic, came through the door wildly aggressive and began to mention how I don’t even know the amount of work they needed to do on my car (obviously, hence my requesting an itemized invoice) then repeated the amount I needed to pay.I seriously wish I had read the reviews before going to this clown house. Fortunately, I am financially blessed but there are others (especially now due to covid) that may not have the ability to laugh at this situation as I did. After paying and walking away Manual walked up to me and said (in spanish), “oh by the way, so-and-so also came to your car and farted on it, in case you want to write that in your invoice too” They were simply trying to provoke or insight some kind of thing. I simply left with my kindergarten drafted invoice.Correct me if I’m wrong, invoice shows; new fuel pump $380, fuel pump $580 (I didn’t know BMW’s have 2 fuel pumps, damn it gets pricey lol) key programming $700, shifter reassembly $911 coming to a total of $2571, looks like someone f*** up on the math. For a good laugh see attached “itemized” invoice.Services: Steering/Suspension

Over priced by nearly double. Seem to want a cash grab over having return customers. Bad business. Don't know the quality because I went elsewhere.

I don't like leaving bad reviews because i believe in karma but MAN I Took my BMW here a couple months ago in September being that i got recommended & have taken my car here before & had to go back to get my problem resolved as job was poorly done this time. I took my car here to get the fuel pump replaced as well as computer that reads it (since they mentioned both had to be replaced at the same time) and also got a "complimentary" oil change since i paid over $2,900 for all repairs. My bf went under the hood sometime a couple weeks ago to replace a coil. WELL my bf & i were very upset because come to find out my ECU cover was gone bolts and screws from certain parts/plastics were placed just on top of the front support where they could've fallen off while driving, sensors were disconnected and just hanging also one missing, they also missed the oil housing or whatever and spilled oil on to the side of the engine(as it is i already had an oil leak so they added to the mess & sure enough you could tell the oil was in a different spot by the housing&pretty fresh compared to the old leak). When i first contacted them with pictures of their mistakes they claimed they had pictures of how my car was received and proof of the work they did so i asked for them to send me pictures and they did not want to send them they replied saying to set up a time take my car back to resolve the issue and see what was touched after they fixed stuff since it has been a couple months which makes no sense why would i lie and hold against them what they didnt do ? At the end of the day i went back & everything was placed back and fixed oil spilled was cleaned up but some screws were no where to be found cause supp. they didnt touch those parts but i ended up losing because i already paid for the work & gas to go back and fourth. Very frustrating as a PREGNANT WOMAN to be played & looked at dumb, I may not know much about mechanical stuff but I do know what was a mistake on their part. ALSO i asked them to check for other things wrong with my car before i picked it up in September and they even mentioned the mechanic who previously touched my car did a poor job but yet my car came out looking worst after they touched it. Its no wonder there's a mix of reviews. If you come to this place i recommend only paying half of the cost and then the rest when the job is done to make sure everything's good & replaced correctly. I do know jose has mechanics that work for him so its understandable most things are not his fault as he pays these guys to do jobs for his business but being so religious based talking about "have a blessed day" you'd think they wouldn't sit here and argue with me or basically call me a liar on what they did and didnt do when we both have proof of what was done wrong. When i went back to get everything fixed Jose didn't even acknowledge me he seemed very nervous and i see why i'd be embarrassed too but his mechanic helped me out w out even asking anything as soon as i got off the car so i appreciated that atleast. They still failed to show me "pictures" of how my car came in but didn't even hesitate to fix their mistakes with zipties & give me back my ECU cover SMH lol. At that point i decided to just take it as is and never come back, no point arguing with someone like Jose he will get his karma. GOD bless him and these "mechanics" because they need it.

Jose and his crew were great. As my vehicle was going to take some time. Jose drove me home and kept me inform about the diagnostic and completion time for my BMW. I will return!

To anyone who does not want to get ripped off, DO NOT take your car to this mechanic. I took my BMW 5-series here with a coolant leak. The person at the counter told me they charge $150 to take a look at it, however that fee is waived if I decide to get my car fixed there. I get a phone call the next day stating that my car needs a $4,000 fix. After he detailed the issues to me - I knew there was some dishonesty going on. Regardless, I paid the $150 fee and I took my car and left. The next month I took my car to my go-to mechanic (who was closed at the time, hence why I tried to take it to these guys). My mechanic told me that it was a broken water pump which costs $200, and it was $400 for the labor. I ended up getting my car fixed for $600. This is not a fake review.

My review is based off of a walk in to get service on 2 cars. Over the phone the counter guy sounded cool and very knowledgable. Upon arriving the counter guy seemed very uneasy and when i reminded him that we spoke over the phone AND txt he kind of brushed it off. Was kind of odd but i figured eh its raining so i ignored it. After informing him that i wanted to check out my car he had walked out to get a technitian to check my car. 3 minutes later he walked in with the tech who greeted me and said (in spanish) hey there bud how are you i said im good just want my car checked out he replied, look bud i dont have time for your car at all right now no matter how much money you have. We are the best fking guys around and thats a fact so if you want come back another day. Now i never said i had alot of money and i was just looking for a mech but this was unprofessional and the COUNTER GUY could have told me this over the phone so i didnt have to drive 20 minutes out only to be turned away. Now after reading reviews i see the same unprofessional replies from this place. Very childish to attack a customer in a reply. I do not recomend this place at all. I cant imagine the customers who actually had to deal with them.
