This is a joke ! I ordered a large fruit get well basket for my friend and this is what it came through delivery ! Paid $90 for it never again I would order this again !!! I can buy a bag of orange and drop off to her and would prob cost me $15 dollars only !!! What a rip off !

My girlfriend loves white chocolate and it was hard to find ALL white chocolate covered Strawberries on a whim and they totally did me right in1 hour. I'll definitely be back for future sweets in a pinch.

I am so glad that my online order got routed to this shop. I had an order that I needed to be get delivered to my mom ASAP. And they made it happen, just before she was going to head out for her birthday festivities. The best part is that she loved the fruit arrangement. ?

They received my online order at the pickup time, so my order wasn't ready. They were very apologetic and would make up order immediately. I gave them time came back in a hour. It was ready and they gave me a box of chocolate cover strawberries for free. That is great customer service. I have used this location a few times. Never any issues. So I highly recommend this location.

Was surprised with an Edible Arrangements fruit bouquet today for Valentine's Day. Not only was my bouquet delivered with freshly made goodies, it also came with a cute Valentine's Day balloon. Once I opened the plastic wrap, and ate a few pieces of fruit, I was even more excited, as they are just as yummy as they are pretty!

Great experience! I'm not the best at maneuvering online ordering so since I saw others say they called in instead and was accommodated -that's what I did I basically looked online to get an idea of what I wanted then I called the store to order I didn't write down item numbers from the website I just described what I wanted which was chocolate dipped strawberries/fruit and with cookies The lady ( sorry I forgot the name) said we have one like that for $37 I was happy to hear that because the ones I saw on the website were around $50. I got the same day delivery for $15 and I didn't even order until around 10:30 I got the email confirmation when it was delivered and of course my persons I gave it to also texted me too! They said they loved it and the items were delicious. I like this alternative to flowers better!

My grandmother passed away and I’m having a difficult time. My sweet husband ordered me some edible arrangements because my sister from Texas always sends me them, their my favorite ( when they are fresh and not delivered at the end of the day at your residence) However, this Pomona location is completely trash, no customer service. The supervisor lied to my husband about their driver attempting to call us ( no missed calls) then he proceeded to say the driver was in the wrong location, but did try ( we have ring cameras that cover our street, the entry gate, our side of the house and no one can be found on camera) I informed him that I’ve lived here for 13 years and Waze, Google Maps and GPS all can find my home...What? What type of customer service is that, how disgusting is it that Edible Arrangement would offer same day business only to fail at delivering. I wish I could post my address for you all to see how easy my location can be found, it’s absurd. As a customer we are calling you the next day for our product that you kept and stole. You offered no resolution so we asked for a refund that the disgusting place said they couldn’t provide, so of course the conversation escalated. I can’t believe I just argued bout 12 strawberries that were $54.99 I am appalled at the treatment received and the lack of compassion of what this delivery stood for and the disrespect just left me feeling like I would never spend my money with a company like this. I guess I’ll be making my own strawberries. Thanks a lot Pomona Edible Arrangements

Placed an order for this location around 9 am on a Monday morning (not a holiday) and it was delivered the same day at 1:45pm. The arrangement looked great too!

I ordered same day delivery at 6am. I've been waiting and watching for my order all day, checking the tracking constantly every hour. Magically I receive a notification that the delivery was attempted. Complete lie as I have cameras and I left instructions to call if there were any issues. $60 for 12 strawberries and I can't even get the courtesy of a call to say I can't find your place or we aren't coming, what a ripoff. Once I get these or my money back I'll never order from here again. Highly disappointed as i have been an edible arrangement customer for a long time and never didn't get my order!

Jolene was so kind in contributing a raffle prize for our nurses during Nurses' Week! The store is so clean and it smells so good in there - strawberries, pineapples, cantaloupes, etc. Makes my mouth water just remembering it! The raffle prize she donated came with a fruit arrangement, cookies, cupcake, popcorn, and a balloon. The nurse who won the prize said that fruits were fresh and delicious; the cookies, popcorn and cupcake were amazing! Wonderful, wonderful store! Thank you so much for helping out the community!

Such friendly staff! My experiences here have been so positive I've decided to leave a review. Not once have I ever felt disrespected, disappointed and ignored. Yelpers, YOU HAVE to try their fruit smoothies and mini cheesecakes with a strawberry on top! Delicious

Today is my Papa 93rd Bday???! Elissa whom did the Delivery came across an issue getting into the complex. She was kind enough to be patient with me on the phone being that I live out of state to try and resolve this problem. Thankfully she made the delivery with such grace and patience! I went with this location because of the reviews! Sooo glad I chose this one! I highly recommend this location to y'all!! Thanks again Ellisa for your kindness to my situation!
