It's a below average banking experience at this Chase bank location. If you're not opening up or signing up for something big they don't treat you like a valued customer.

They allowed someone to have access to my account and charge my card while I was at work .The supervisor said it's fraud like ok so it's ok , really lady top it off am left with no card to access my own money specially right know that I had to leave in an emergency as soon as am back to California am switching to Bank of America I have no business keeping my money where they have the worst customer service ever and no concern it's said to know that this is a big corporation that is very crooked just be careful I guess for them it's normal to have fraud and not be concerned.

I dropped my son off at this branch today so that he could open his first bank account EVER with his first earned paycheck EVER. The plan was to open a "New Total Checking Account With Direct Deposit". Upon arriving he was greeted by a banker by the name of Melvin. Who explained to my son that he needed to have a coupon in order to open this type of account and that he would need to come back later when he has it..... (come back later??? Are you serious???) My son called me to come back and pick him up (I had literally just dropped him off during my lunch break). He explained to me that he needed to come back later with a "coupon". I did go back to the bank but not to pick him. I went directly to speak with Melvin myself. I asked him if there was anything he could do to help his new, very young customer. I asked him if there was anything he could advise his new young customer to do in lieu of sending him away? (Needless to say Melvin had a shocked look on his face) Melvin then advised my son to sign up on their website with his email and that he would receive the coupon. My son followed the instructions and the coupon was obtained. Why did I need to go back there to intervene? Basically, I was outraged that Melvin the banker was going to try and get away with such terrible customer service. He could have just explained to his customer how to obtain the coupon. Easy. He DID NOT need to send his customer away!! I worked in a grocery store for about 8 years and if a customer of mine did not have a coupon I would explain to them how to get it. In some cases I would grab the store ad myself and cut it out. This is what good customer service should be. I am not the one Melvin.

Unfortunate that they no longer seem to have value for their customers! I took in my tax refund check, and they wouldn't cash it because I didn't have that amount in my account, but I mean it's a State Check. So I took it to Wal-Mart and they had no problem (for a $3.00 fee) processing it, however, because the teller, Karen, stamped the back they couldn't move forward. I had asked her if it wasn't a possibility to cash it without depositing it I didn't want to do it. I've had an account with Chase for well over a decade, so it pains me that their policy is worse than that of Wal-marts, especially for a customer. So I had no choice but to deposit it, though I did not want to.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I waited over an hour to see a customer service representative. I ended my visit by closing my account.

Horrible customer service with ridiculous wait times to do a simple pin reset. Bankers take their sweet time as if we don't have anything better to do like go back to work! Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!!

One of the worst branches to come to. Customer service is terrible and there is rarely anyone available to answer the phone. Went in to buy foreign currency and was told I couldn't buy the amount I wanted. Laura made it difficult for me to purchase with my own money and had to come back to resolve the issue. Keep in mind, it takes a couple of business days to receive the currency. Yes I understand the difference in currency, just charge me in dollars for the amount I'm asking for so I don't waste my time coming back in. Her response "I thought you only wanted to spend $1000." No, I was very clear as to the amount of foreign currency I was interested in buying.

Worst customer services. I went there for 3 time to get a safety box opened and waited for hours to get assistance, that I never received . Called them to get an appointment for the same, but never got my calls attended. Highly disappointed !
