Came in to get passport photos taken. The lady working behind the counter was of ZERO help. I believe her name was Miriam, she was quite rude and frankly annoyed that she had to do it. She was not efficient with her time. I do not recommend this Walgreens.

The worst walgreens and customer service expirience. The lady who supposedly takes passport photo could not be any less competent. She barely listens, stubborn, charges, and doesn't even know how their own system works. And when she doesn't want to help, she just says she is on a break. Spent there 40 min, zero help. Wasted money and time.

I am an employee of Walgreens and was very disappointed in my visit to this location. With it being located in an affluent town, I would have expected more. Pleasant lady in cosmetics greeted me but 2 other employees walked right by me without even a smile. The AP representatives was present as I meet him at my store. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend you choose any location other than this one. Service is absurdly rude and slow. When I say slow I wait on average over two weeks for my prescription to even be ready to pickup. Then even when you get someone to actually work, they are so unkind and barely seem to work. I have given them over a year to improve and clearly the employees are just awful and need to be fired ASAP.

Slowest, most poorly staffed, unhelpful staff I’ve seen in a long time. One charming lady who usually works the cosmetic counter, tries to help but it’s not possible for her to do it all. Pharmacy staff seems mostly in the dark about anything asked of them. If it wasn’t such a pain, I’d transfer all my scripts elsewhere.

This Walgreen went from being good pharmacy to worst in Pleasanton. It took 2 days to fill needed coughing prescription. Tried calling and was on hold and waited over 30minutes on the phone, so I went to the store and no one was waiting not busy at all. Very disappointed. Will never go to this Walgreen in Pleasanton Santa Rita again.

Is being slow requirement for being hired? I hate you in there because I have to stand in line forever with the people "working" move in slow motion.All I have used for of this place anymore is to pick up pictures, it always takes way too long, and I am going to start going somewhere else as of now. They always wanna argue with me and tell me my name is not my name, and ask for an order number and my phone number and want to argue further with me. I would just go look under the alphabetized boxes where they're at .It's obvious these people do not care about their jobs are customer service, it's ridiculous. How slow they moving out and uncaring they are. I highly recommend going anywhere, but here for anything, you could possibly need that they would have!

Took my passport photo here. The lady told me to come back in an hour to pick it up. I went back in 1h 40 mins, the photos were not ready yet. I waited another 20 mins while the lady was looking for my photos in their system and realized she didn’t work on them. She then started editing the photos in front of me, while I was waiting in the store two hours after taking them… Let alone the camera they use is just a small digital one, looks like those less than $400. The quality of the photo is also low. Definitely worse than the ones I took at Costco. What a waste of money and time… I could have just taken them with my phone and edit them myself.

One of the worst walgreen stores in the area. Went there to get a passport photo clicked for my child… the system was obviously down. When I asked the person who “helps” with the photo about a workaround, he said you can send the order and we can print… he wasn’t able to answer any of the questions when I asked him how… on a couple of other questions about walgreen photos, he said you will have to find it online… I asked to see his manager who came in and said it’s easy to find it online.. I asked her that I couldn’t find the option and she took 20 mins to find the option which obviously didn’t work. Should not say but the cigarette smell from the manager was awful for someone who doesn’t smoke… polite suggestion to take a gum next time… she was so dismissive about me not being able to find the right print option but took 30 mins herself and couldn’t find it… both the photo guy (bearded) and the manager were quite rude and unhelpful. Not surprised by the ratings of the store

Walgreens sucks. Lucky pharmacy was great. They closed and my prescription was automatically transferred to Walgreens. Now I wait for hours trying to renew my prescription via phone. Called CVS (no wait time) to transfer my prescriptions from WG. CVS says WG does not answer their requests for transfer. So, I will call my doctor to force the transfer. Byb bye WG. You suck.

I would give zero stars if I could. This review is related to online delivery service and front of store not the pharmacy.I placed an online order for 1 hour delivery to avoid going out in public spreading my sick germs. I received confirmation of accepting delivery. 30 mins later I receive delay notification. Ok, no problem. 2 hours later nothing. Couldn't reach anyone at the store to figure out what was going on or if my order was even coming. Store closure time and still nothing. Called customer service line (not the store) who also tried multiple times to reach someone at the store with no luck. She deserves 10 stars for dealing with my sick frustrated self. She helped me cancel the order. Made the mistake of trying to order again this morning ... because I need a few items that only seem to be available here...and low and behold, same issue. Exactly 30 minutes from placing order - i receive a delay notice. No one answers the phone etc. Ended up having to pay mark up prices and delivery fees through instacart to get the exact same items which will arrive in 1 hour. VERY unhappy customer. If the store is unable to deliver, DISABLE the ordering option...I have ordered delivery from other walgreens stores without issue... avoid this store and save yourself the headache.

Super poor costumer service, especially considering it's the holidays. Gift I ordered at the photo lab wasn't ready and the woman working the counter yelled at me when I asked why it wasn't ready. I tried to ask her if there was anything they could print now so I wouldn't leave empty handed and she just kept yelling at me. Never going back. Stay away.

Writing this as I have been waiting in line at the pharmacy for 30 minutes with no movement while one person checks in people for their Covid vaccine and the other two people in the pharmacy stand around doing nothing...Just don't.I've already transferred to CVS now about to make the hubby do so too, won't ever be back.
