This is a authorized store (sales) instead of direct store of Verizon. They are understaffed and can only ask you to call the customer service. Please go to the one in dublin if you have any technical issue. And their hour is incorrect, they open at 10 am.

A search online showed that this location opens at 9am on Monday. I arrived on time and waited about 15 minutes before scanning the QR code on the door to find out it opens at 10am on Mondays. I went home and returned at 10am to find the store still closed. After another 15 minutes I left to go take my business to another store.

Agent didn't know how to enter my "free" upgrade into the computer system. After a call and a consultation with a fellow employee, he finally figured out out. Then it is revealed that the upgrade was NOT free, and instead required a $45 "installation" fee. (Despite the device being plug and play by myself. ) Then a much paperwork as buying a car. A mediocre buying experience at best.

Service was absolutely the worst. I stopped by earlier today looking for a new phone and the lady, she would not give me her name, acted as though she was too busy to help me. There was nobody else in the store.

Took my old Pixel4a in to Verizon to upgrade to Samsung S21. Jordan helped me to find an even better S22 with a large memory card and then proceeded to secure a very generous trade in offer from Verizon. I could not have been happier. Thanks, Jordan!

Worst customer service in the world. A multi billion dollar company only has one employee actively working and had customers waiting 40-50 minutes before being even greeted. ATT and T mobile always have multiple employees there to help turn customers and not have them waiting all day on a Sunday. They need to hire more people and stop being so concerned with their profits and make the customer service experience better. I'm going to change carriers to a company not so cheap and rude.

Very welcoming staff , Tessa was very professional and knew exactly what she was doing ! She was very efficient with helping me understand my options. I was able upgrade my phone and save money ! Will definitely be recommending this location to friends and family ! I appreciate how patient everyone working in there is .

Florimay-Anne was amazing! I had been struggling with porting my wife’s number from T-Mobile to Verizon for a week with no success (including visits to other Verizon stores and calling their call centers). Florimay-Anne got it done in less than 30 mins. She was really helpful and kind. The best experience I have had at a retail store ever!

My phone was close to 5 years old and having updating problems and short life battery.. we went in they helped us right away totally professional.. they were kind of thoughtful how they greeted us and talk to us. I got a new phone and transferring the info was a challenge because my phone battery on my old phone had such a short life... They were patient and kind and got the job done even though it took hours... I'm super happy with my new Google pixel 6 ? I highly recommend working with them ??????????

While the store had just closed Florimay-Annie insisted on answering my plan questions and quickly set me up with my new Apple 13Pro order. I appreciated the quick and friendly service when she could’ve easily suggested I come back the following day.
