“Reserved a closed trailer, got there at 8 am, had the trailer hooked up and was on our way by 8.10, returned it by 3.30pm, they unhooked me and checked me out with receipt by 3.40pm. Very efficient and business like.Great service.”

“100% impressed with this location. They stepped up and provided me the equipment I needed but was denied, as a result of incompetence, from the Dublin location. I called Livermore less than an hour before closing when my first reservation from Dublin was not only incorrect but they claimed to no longer have the equipment I needed. The agent at Livermore worked with me to verify and secure the proper equipment for my extended rental.”

“This is the best uhaul store I've been to. Everything went quickly and smoothly both on checking in and returning equipment. This location is out of our way as we have several uhaul's that are much closer, but this is our new go to uhaul store!”

“I picked up a UHaul truck from this location recently. The owner gave us the keys to our truck and just told us to go outside and find the truck number that matched the number on our key. He didn't walk out to the truck with us. Turns out there was damage to the truck already and I ended up having to pay for it. I got the Uhaul home and loaded it up- I didn't sleep that night because I stayed up all night outside with the Uhaul to make sure nobody broke in or damaged it. When I took off, I paid for gas at the pump to make sure the truck was never left unattended. When I turned the truck in (at a different location) they said there was damage to the truck that wasn't there before. Even though it was already there, the other Uhaul had pictures to compare it that weren't up to date. Where that damage didn't show. So I was charged $290 additional to pay for this damage that was not my fault.Update on this review:Today somebody from Uhaul called and followed up on my review. They understood that I didn't cause the damage and refunded me the charges for the damage. That was pretty terrific! This leads me to believe it was truly an honest mistake and all is well that ends well.”

“Home Depot is a homeowners paradise, they have so much amazing products I could lose myself in the store in the aisles for hours. I love shopping here when I need to pick up any home improvement items. I will say the one thing that I don't like about home Depot is the customer service of the availability of the associates I feel like I can never find anyone to help me when I need to find a specific item more staffing would be nice other than that everything else is enjoyable when visiting here.”
