Why advertise you close at 10PM when the store is locked and no shuttered at 9:45? Second time in the same week. No wonder Rite Aids are closing down EDIT: Now closed and lights off at 9:20? Change your advertised hours if you want to close early so people stop waisting their time.

I have been to this Rite Aid pharmacy a few times. At one point I thought it was going to be fine. I completed all information to receive text messages with updates of my prescriptions. Most of the pharmacy staff is friendly. I went to pick up my medication and was told the system to review coverage was down and had been down for 10 days. I asked if they would call or text me updates regarding my prescription. I was told yes , but after 4 more days had gone by still no update. I then decided to transfer my medications to another pharmacy who informed me that they could order my medication and I could get it in two days. I called rite aid pharmacy and sent several electronic request to make the transfer. The pharmacy I am transferring to also requested my medication rx's to be sent. I called Rite Aid again and was told that no request was ever received. So on that note I will never use Rite Aid Pharmacy on Hopyard again. I think there needs to be better communication with staff and their clients.

The pharmacists are so helpful and help us so much when we need to get our immunizations. Also, the check out people are super helpful!

Our go-to local drug store and pharmacy. We love going there to shop the huge array of consumer goods, and also for all our prescription and vaccination needs. The service is always impeccable, there aren't too many people, and parking is never a problem. Bonus - they have a Thrifty Ice Cream parlor inside, which is a family favorite. We heart you, Rite Aid Pleasanton. Thank you!

Asked pharmacy if they had pen needles for insulin pens. I was told yes but I need a prescription for them. No, you don't! They are needles not a medication! Place is staffed by uneducated idiots.

Hidden gem of a pharmacy. I used to go to a rite aid in Fremont and loved it but this one is far superior. The pharmacy staff is very welcoming and on point. Also the store itself has so many cool items and random things. It's fun to shop after getting my prescription.

The woman that greeted me was positive, with a smile as she greeted me.

This rite Aid is near my house. I visit here many times for household essentials. There is one store clerk in particular, I don't remember her name, but whenever she is at the checkout she makes my visit very pleasant.

I love this Rite Aid. I don't go very often, but when I do, the place is always clean, and there are not a lot of long lines, because you can use self check out. My boyfriend and I walked in for our 2nd booster shot, no waiting, easy paperwork, and the person that administered the shot was very pleasant, polite and even was cracking jokes. He also did an excellent job with the shot - didn't feel it at all! My favorite part - they still serve Thrifty's ice cream - along with great service.

Its a nice store but it feels like they are always watching or following you. They seem suspicious of everyone.
